We received great customer service, the guys working were friendly and conversing with my man. We are originally from Hawaii so it was cool to know that we’re from Hawaii also. I tried the furikake chicken and teriyaki grilled beef, the beef was nice and tender and had good teriyaki flavor. My man got the furikake chicken and kalbi, the furikake chicken was flavorful and crispy. The kalbi was marinated well and the portions were good. We also got the Lau Lau, it was a little dry but it was pretty good when pairing it with the chilli pepper water. The guava cake and poke was okay, I feel like it would have been really good if we had it fresh. The containers said it was made the day before. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and this place does remind us of back home for sure!

My boyfriend and I stopped by for the first time today, and I know this will be a favorite from here on out! Absolutely delicious and fresh servings, which are more than enough for leftovers! We got the grilled teriyaki chicken, katsu chicken, and the donuts- and we could not put our forks down! Had to grab at least a couple pictures before demolishing my dish! With friendly and accommodating service, we could not have picked a better spot to stop in!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The variety at this Hawaiian restaurant is seriously impressive—there’s something for everyone, whether you want classic island staples or something new to try. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. It’s one of those menus where you already want to come back before you’ve even finished eating.

The customer service took it to another level, and Alika deserves special recognition. He was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure we had an amazing experience. He walked us through the menu, helped us navigate all the options, and checked in at just the right times without ever feeling rushed. You can tell he truly cares about the guests and the restaurant.

Incredible food, huge variety, and top-tier service. This place sets the standard—highly recommend, and definitely ask for Alika

Pretty dissapointing… first kind of rip off 18$ buck for some mid rice. Dried teryaki, and a mix of katsu meats when i only ask for chiken katsu. Dont waste time and money go to Moohbettas. 10x better a bit chepear.

What a great find! Most of their menu is naturally gluten free! Food was delicious and we even grabbed some Nom’s at the register. Will be back!

So so good! As someone who’s newly gluten free it’s great to find a place that has a lot of really obvious celiac friendly options! The teriyaki beef was so tender and delicious, and their house teriyaki sauce is gluten free! And there was live Hawaiian music?!!

The location is just at the Zion’s bank building on University Ave. The place is a bit small and doesn’t look too appealing. Putting in the order was quick but to wait for it did take a while. We had it for take out and I can’t complain it was warm and looked well. But it wasn’t the best flavor. The sauces weren’t that great and also our kid did get an upset stomach after eating. Hopefully we can give it another chance but overall it needs better flavor. Sorry.

First time customer. The people were very friendly and help us with understanding the menu since we’d never had Hawaiian food before. Wish we lived closer because I want to go back and try more of their delicious food.

Some of the best gluten free menu items I’ve ever had. Their teriyaki sauce IS the best I’ve ever eaten, and the fact it is gluten free is wonderful! Definitely recommend them to our friends.
