Ok spot! I ordered the fish sandwich and crawfish eggrolls. My family had the chicken and shrimp pita, and the steak pita. We ordered at the drive thru, paid at the window, and were told to drive around to the other side. The employee brings out the food once done. Nice process that flowed well. Building and parking lot were clean on the outside. Our food took about 20 minutes. Everything was hot and made to order. The fish sandwich was really good. I didn’t care for the cheese in the eggrolls and the grilled chicken and shrimp pita was entirely too soggy. I wouldn’t order this again. We had 3 lemonades. Original and Strawberry, they were just ok.

Not worth it. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak and shrimp poboy with extra Swiss cheese and mayonnaise. I only had 4 shrimp and barely enough Philly cheesesteak. I don’t have extra mayo or Swiss cheese. Completely ruined my experience. Will not recommend, instead try Captain hooks or Rouls for great food and good portions for your buck.

Waste of time.
They give you an attitude when you order, don’t tell you that there’s a long wait for your food until after they take your money. Then tell you to pull forward with no projected time of how long the order will take. So if you have any plans or need o be anywhere just cancel it or expectto be late… it took nearly 25 minutes for our food to get brought out.
Food definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

This is my 5th time visiting this place. The employees are always very nice and welcoming, and you’re always served with a smile and light conversation. The food is ALWAYS DELICIOUS and warm! There’s no long lines or long waits. The location is conveniently located. I love that they are open late

Froes tasted like they were fried in the same oil as the fish. The burger was good but not good enough to be lied to. She charged for a large fry. I wanted a side. I called and she claimed I paid for a side order. Never going here again. Service is everything in a restaurant and I’m not spending excess money I did not plan on or will be lied to. Strongly recommend NOT going to, at least, Sherwood Forest Blvd location.

I literally left the Sherwood Coursey location at 12:20 today and was the only customer there. I was surprised to see a 2nd location because I normally patronize the Hungry Bites on Airline Hwy. and as a consumer assumed they operate the same. I ordered the Philly cheese bites and advised them I wanted to add the bell peppers and onions and I was told by the drive thru employee that I could not. I advised her that the other location gives you the option and she told me that the cook stated he could not. I definitely did not push the issue because they are preparing my food and I’m in the drive thru and can’t watch them make my food. There was a bit of a wait time which is fine which means the food comes out hot and fresh however apparently the drive thru employee must have taken issue with me asking about customizing my order and when the food was ready simply opened the door handed me my food and closed the window. No thank you provided. I can honestly say I will never patronize this business ever again and will make sure my coworkers and family do not as well. I don’t care how great or fresh the food is, if the customer service is off I refuse to spend my money at an establishment. I will however continue to visit the Airline location. Every visit there comes with excellent food and even better customer service and the entire staff there are extremely nice.

Waited almost an hour in the parking lot after paying g for food. They forgot to put my onions on the burger. After waiting that long you would think everything would be hot. Not the fries or tots. Ordered ten wings with two flavors and only got one of the flavors.

Ordered a chicken salad from here while I am on my salad binge. Not bad, but not special either. It is priced about $4-5 on avg less than most places too so I don’t feel bad about overpaying.

Chicken is over seasoned, and they don’t adjust the seasoning because, as they told me, the owner setting the batter one way. So I left and counter person and the cook thought it was amusing. I will not patronize that establishment again, and I suggest no one else should either.
