DO NOT SIT DOWN AND EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT!! Portions are half the size and the prices are almost double takeout. We got completely ripped off and left the restaurant hungry, 2 entrees and 3 appetizers later. Don’t even get me started on the “fun size” portion of white rice that was supposed to be for 2 adult entrees.. more like 2 spoonfuls for 1 child. Avoid at all costs or just get takeout.

Probably the best eat-in Chinese restaurant in Union County, NJ. Clean and well maintained. Not really wheelchair accessible, though (can come in through the back fire exit, I believe).

Great Chinese in the heart of Scotch Plains. The ingredients were the freshest I’ve had in Chinese food in a very long time. The hot and sour soup wasn’t as hot spicy as I prefer but had a wonderful texture as a base. I ordered the shrimp with eggplant Szechuan style. Aside from my adding some of their homemade hot mustard, the dish was superb. I’ll be back to try some more dishes!

Haven’t ordered from here in bout 6 months. Otherwise a frequent customer. My family was disappointed in the food. The plain lo mein was dry. The chicken and broccoli sauce was as thick as glue. The beef Szechuan sauce was as thick as glue. A family meal for $78 and no one wanted leftovers. What happened?

This is one of the best Chinese “sit-down” or take-out Restaurants in the area ! Giving it a rare 5 Star review from me.

Price increase as much as $5 on every item. No increase in quantity. Quality of food is not as fresh as between 7 – 10 years ago. Maybe it’s ownership, cooks, or management. I will continue to purchase food from the restaurant. Personnel are always pleasant and warm.
