I have come to this place for years and would and drive through several towns for this location and would always go to the Newington location when it was open, despite living in Manchester.
I was very disappointed with the service today. I placed an order at 345pm for it to be ready at 4:15 online. I arrive to pick up my order for a lunch break and ended up waiting another 30 -40 minutes, my entire break and then some and watched them just start cooking my food. No discount or anything to recover the poor service. Was told it was busy and there was no one in there and no other food cooking when I arrived. Very unfortunate that the service has gone down hill. Will be looking into other places closer to home that are more reliable. My advice would be don’t have online ordering of you can’t manage it as a business.

I’ve been here several times after moving to the area and I have always had great food and employees are always kind and respectful. The chicken and beef brocoli are delicious and the chicken wings amazing. I’ve gotten lomain and chicken fingers as well here everything I’ve gotten is always on point.

Prices are reasonable prices are going up everywhere depending on the dish that you order most of the time is cooked properly. Sometimes it’s overcooked ordered half a chicken and fries. You can hit somebody with the chicken. That’s how overcooked it is and the fries are overcooked another day I ordered fries with boneless Spare rib tips. I ended up with chicken fingers and french fries in my order.

My husband and I ordered a poo poo platter and the ribs were overcooked as well as the beef teriyaki. We called up and spoke to the manager. It’s Friday night. They wanted us to come out of our home again to return said items. We were not gonna go back to the restaurant at 8 PM at night. Manager offered no resolution other than thank you for letting us know and we will check with the chef to see what was wrong. Extremely disappointing. Think twice before you order anything and bring it home.

The reason people order out is to relax and have a good meal… RIGHT? WELL THIS NOTTHE PLACE FOR THAT… ALL YOU’LL GET IS UPSET! If I could give “0” stars I would! I placed an order online and went to pick up at the time slot I was given. I arrived and I said I placed an order online. The woman looked confused and said one minute take a seat. I waited for a 1/2 hour! Then when I got home the order was all wrong. My daughter ordered general Tso chicken combo and received white rice not fried, and did not get her chicken noodle soup. I ordered beef w/mushrooms but I got beef with broccoli. There was so much broccoli and only a fist full of beef pieces it was disgusting. The egg drop soup I ordered was so thick it stuck to the spoon. I called to complain and the woman is arguing with me! I told her I want a refund but she refused to give it to me. Anyone thinking of going here please DON’T! If they get your order wrong they will not give you your money back!
