First time here and it was really good! Sad I haven’t tried this restaurant sooner. Authentic Chinese cuisine and an atmosphere to match. Workers were very friendly and our waitress was attentive. Sweet and sour chicken was good, as expected. My sons chicken lomain was delicious. I really enjoyed the egg drop soup. I will definitely go back again.

I legit read reviews before ordering and based off of most of them I chose Hunans. Bad mistake. I places a pick up order on the phone. First off, I could hardly understand the lady who answered (not due to language barriers, she was Caucasian), I thought she said my total was $25 for 2 meals and a side of crab cheese. I arrived to be surprised it was actually $35. Okay, whatever, I paid obviously. $35 for 2 meals seems like a lot to me. Especially when I got home to see the portion size. Unbelievable. The pictures speak for themselves. My sweet & sour chicken was 75% burned. I mean literally burned. The other 25% tasted like month old frying oil. Horrible. The crab cheese had almost no crab or cheese. Look at the picture. I did not alter my order in any way. I just broke it in half. I’m probably not even going to call because I’m sure they won’t care. We will see. $35 for this?! Unreal.

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant in the valley! The atmosphere is so relaxing, the service is awesome, the food is the real deal! So fresh and packed with flavor. I had the lunch sweet and sour pork: it came with fresh vegetables, I chose fried rice, egg roll, I chose the spicy soup. It’s a 10! Enjoy.

1st time in and we definately will be back!! The service was top notch and the food was prepared to order and fresh. We ordered a little of everything and it was all fantastic! The portions are a bit skimpy but what we were served, divine!

This is the best Chinese I have had in Saginaw in a long time. I always ask for spicy and this is the first time in a long time it was almost too spicy for me-ALMOST!! Everything was really, really good and definitely spicy. I can’t stress this enough, because I am sad I didn’t try this place sooner. And different meals didn’t taste the same. Different sauces with each one I ordered. The fried rice and chicken fried rice were really good, too, not over-saturated with oil. Light and fluffy. Will definitely eat here again. Thank you so much. And thank you to the gentleman who helped get the food to my car. I didn’t have any cash with me, but I will definitely make up for it next time we order-and there will be a next time.

First time here today. I always love a place that’s comforting and clean. It has great atmosphere and the server was fast. She was quick with drinks, helped me get an extra order that I was taking home after our meal, and the timing was perfect for keeping the take out warm. I used to love Hunan’s back in the day, However now food took extremely long when I ordered take-out. Got home to find 7 of my 8 egg rolls missing. My Almond Chicken should of been called mixed vegetables because there was hardly no Chicken or almonds in the dish and my General Chicken tasted like vinegar. However what was disappointing most was when I called to tell them they forgot my 7 egg rolls and the lady lied to me and said that they only charged me for 1 egg roll, when I know for a fact they repeated the order back to me and I paid for all 8. Sad to say I will not patronize Hunan’s again.

Wow! This little place is SPECTACULAR! Our server was so kind and friendly and the food was so so so good! I can’t believe I’ve never gone there before. If you want a nice sit down place for really incredible Chinese food that’s not a buffet look no further. I will drive the 25 minutes to get food anytime I want Chinese in the future.

The food was good. It was prime dinner time & they did not have enough soup for our table. 3 people had to get an egg roll in place of the soup. Only 8 of us ate together & my son did not get his meal until the 8 of us were done eating. He just asked for it to go at that point. While waiting for my daughter in the bathroom I seen our waitress drop to go boxes on the floor, scoop them up then she took those boxes to our table! They really need to do some cleaning in this restaurant. I know out of the 9 guests at our table we all agreed to go elsewhere the next time we plan a dinner together. I recommend finding a different establishment to dine if you are looking for a clean & delightful establishment.

Every dish I’ve tried here has been amazing. I’m especially fond of their lemon chicken. It’s usually quiet and cozy, sometimes there is a bit of a wait for the food but that’s the same at any restaurant at busy time. If you like Chinese food, this place is a great spot!
