It is hard to find shrimp toast these days. This toast was perfection! I also got the Singapore rice noodles. Excellent. I liked the julienne veggies with the thin noodle. It really elevated the dish. Thanks for helping me at the kiosk. I will be back.

First time here and it was really good! Sad I haven’t tried this restaurant sooner. Authentic Chinese cuisine and an atmosphere to match. Workers were very friendly and our waitress was attentive. Sweet and sour chicken was good, as expected. My sons chicken lomain was delicious. I really enjoyed the egg drop soup. I will definitely go back again.

So happy to have found this restaurant. My family was passing through Saginaw and found this gem of an eatery. The menu has authentic dishes as well as familiar American favorites. The mapo tofu was delicious, the tofu was very creamy. The portions were huge, easily lasting 3 meals. The owners were sweet and they clearly care about what they serve. The waitress was well spoken and informed about the menu. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated. Don’t miss this place!

Egg drop soup was good. Hot sour soup seemed to be missing something. Spring rolls were greasy and mushy. Hunan chicken was decent. Mu shu pork was good but pancakes were starchy and didn’t seem right. Service was just ok, we waited longer for our food than other’s tables. Atmosphere is dated but adequate.

I legit read reviews before ordering and based off of most of them I chose Hunans. Bad mistake. I places a pick up order on the phone. First off, I could hardly understand the lady who answered (not due to language barriers, she was Caucasian), I thought she said my total was $25 for 2 meals and a side of crab cheese. I arrived to be surprised it was actually $35. Okay, whatever, I paid obviously. $35 for 2 meals seems like a lot to me. Especially when I got home to see the portion size. Unbelievable. The pictures speak for themselves. My sweet & sour chicken was 75% burned. I mean literally burned. The other 25% tasted like month old frying oil. Horrible. The crab cheese had almost no crab or cheese. Look at the picture. I did not alter my order in any way. I just broke it in half. I’m probably not even going to call because I’m sure they won’t care. We will see. $35 for this?! Unreal.

Genuinely seems perfect all around for a whole in the whole place in saginaw it has a a fantastic crew and atmosphere with fair pricing and massive portions will be back soon :)!

This was a nice quiet restaurant where you could sit and enjoy a meal and have good conversation. The service was excellent and the food was excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant if you like Asian food exclamation point

Very nice restaurant with real table service. At Hunan they care about ambiance and presentation. The decor was full blown Chinese with traditional Chinese luxury color scheme of gold walls with deep red seating with black lacquer accents. The dinning room was almost dimly lit which set a warm relaxed intimate mood. The waiters and waitresses wore crisp white dress shirts with Tuxedo bow ties. The tables were set with real white linen table cloths covered with acrylic protectors.
My tea came in a teapot so I could refill my tea as I desired. I did come in at lunch time and ordered the days lunch special…as you can see from my pix it was a nice sized portion. It is hard NOT to compare the tremendous value of a traditional sit down lunch at fast food pricing…same price as a fast food lunch but with table service….drinks refilled at your own table and freshly prepared food just for you… If you find my review helpful please thumbs up…..Thanks

Delicious! They take pride in their service. I have been eating at Hunan since I was young. Today’s meal sesame chicken is sooooo good. I definitely recommend this restaurant. The customer service is amazing they remember my husband by name. Thank you for the fantastic food!
