Great food hundreds of times better than the other Chinese place across the street. Was greeted by really friendly hostess who during my meal made recommendations and suggestions by what I expressed I liked. They even came around when fresh items were about to be put out to offer while seated at the table. Hostess even went to Buffet and put some items on a plate she thought I would like. When I asked about Hot Mustard sauce expected the bland packet version but this place actually has the real sauce and it is spicy just how I like it and the hostess went and got it for me. Tried Jalapeno Chicken and it was wonderful, Hot and Sour soup is excellent and even have Mac and Cheese and Chicken wings to accommodate the kids. Great Crab Legs and all the Chinese dishes look just like you would get in a restaurant not a buffet. This buffet even has a take out menu with prepared meals and I heard delivery is available during certain hours.
Great Service, Great Food and a competitive price makes this my goto place for Chinese in North Platte.

The buffet is always hot and kept fresh, and the take out is fast! The food tastes great, probably the best buffet I’ve had. And it doesn’t make me feel sick afterwards, like some Chinese does. The people are friendly and accommodating. Family-friendly restaurant, a great place to eat!

Very good, The buffet has many options and varietys. Seem to keep the buffet well maintained, never empty-and yet most importantly Hot and Fresh at all times. Personally My Favorite Chinese Restaurant in town. Very comfortable place to eat. A very great staff- Particularly one lady who always has a smile on her face and something nice to say!

We were passing through on I-80 and took a chance on this place based on reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Nice people, quick service, generous portions, microwaveable take out containers, and yummy food!
When the lady who took our order found out we were on the road, she gave us extra containers to make it easier for us.
Your GPS might take you south of the highway, but the address & marker are right. Look for the lighted trees on top.
I did put a note in to google to see if they’d fix it.

Chicken on the buffet was raw. I didn’t realize this till I bit into my first bite. Manager was nice and made a lot of excuses like it was rehearsed over and over again. Was really nice and made me still pay for a meal I didn’t eat. And to top it all off there eating utensils where covered in rust. But hey great parking empty lot guess the locals know what’s up here. But hey it a pokestops so that’s good.

I walked in 10 minutes after they closed because their open sign was still on so they let me order I got the orange chicken .
it was by far the best, freshest Chinese ever. Perfection at its finest. I received my meal 5 minutes after ordering. Buffet is also the freshest in the country

Looking on Google for a Chinese restaurant while on the road turned up Hunan Moon with an amazing 4.3 star review. But the reality was far from such expectations. Not only was there a scarcity of available choices, but it was definitely not up to scratch.
The orange chicken/spicy chicken was an inch size piece of meat coated in enough batter to make it look 3x it’s size, lending a deceiving appearance beneath the sauce until you bit into it and it was a doughy mess. The greens at the “salad bar” were wilted and discolored. More than half the warming dishes were devoid or food and I saw only 2 dishes actually get refilled in the hour we were there.
All in all, 2 stars is a stretch. At least the bathroom is clean.

Love their hot and spicy soup-it is the best in town. Their coconut shrimp is also really good. The owner will do anything for you to make your dinner the best it can be.

The food on the buffet was old, dried out, and crusty.
This was about 7:30pm(they close at 9:30).
Didn’t even dare to try to eat any of it.
Went across the way to Kings Buffet instead.
Not the best still, but at least all theirs was fresh.

The name is now Royal Wok. I arrived 20 minutes after opening time and there was already a 20 minute wait for a table. The food is good, the place is very clean and the service was friendly. I did not eat here under the previous management, but they’re doing everything the right way now.
