Great food for a great price. The inside is a little outdated, but it adds to the ambiance. When I have asked about food allergies in the past, the lady at the front was helpful and guided me on changes I could make to make certain menu items work or the list of menu items that fit the various allergies I was catering too. The food has always been fresh and hot and delicious.

I ordered a food delivery from here 6/11/2023. I go to the lobby of my building to pick up the food, and as I come in contact with the driver, he puts the food towards me and pulls it away and then shows me the tip and claims “no tip.” I proceeded to tell him that that’s weird because I know I left a tip, and as my food is being held hostage I pull out my email receipt. On my itemized email receipt he was able to see that I had left him a tip. I gave him a look and he apologized profusely he then proceeded to ask me more details about where I lived and What side of the building I was on… not sure what he was trying to do there?… but not only was the interaction unprofessional once I got my food to my home I was able to see that not all of my order was even there. Needless to say I will not be ordering from them again.

I love Chinese food but had a problem lately. The two places I order from have been messing up my orders. And in some cases I believe they have changed their dishes – in a bad way. Long story short I went to Google Reviews to find a new Chinese place to order delivery from.

It’s okay but I feel over priced for spring rolls! I order a large shrimp fried rice and single spring rolls lady says 22! I’m like sounds kind of high what If I take spring rolls off she says 10.50 for shrimp fried rice I say okay just shrimp friend rice and a sprite she says under limit I say okay 2 soda 1 shrimp fried face total 15.00 + change…………… my issue is okay coool so why was the total 22 change for a shrimp fried rice and order spring rolls 0 drink

Very good general tsos chicken. Comes out piping hot from the kitchen so you know its fresh. Crab ragoons are nice and crispy. I wish they wouldnt use Styrofoam though.

Great food, friendly service. Nothing negative for here except for the terrible parking situation, sesame chicken is always the go to.

Food was okay but lady in the phone when I placed my delivery order the total came to $20 over the menu price I ordered of and they offer FREE delivery…. and when the food was delivered the delivery guy was extremely rude! He called me when he was here, rushed me to get the the door and then demanded a tip. Horrible customer service. Will not be ordering from here again.

The food was not that great. It tasted like a generic panda express. I asked for no vegetable in my fried rice and that was not done properly. The food was not even cooked by Chinese people. I am Latino but I want a authentic Chinese food not interpretation. The price was a little high and with no flavor I’m not happy. As I said in other reviews Iam Chinese and Latin so I know the flavors in looking for.

This was my first time going to Hunan kitchen. I was in the mood for some “dirty” Chinese food. If you were born and raise in New York City like I was then you understand the concept of dirty Chinese food. Sort of this hole in the wall, deliciously sinful tasting Chinese food that’s cheap and quick, the type of food you don’t even want to ask or know how they made it. The food was generally very tasty and good. The price was pretty fair. I also had wonderful experience with the lovely girl who is in the picture peeling the broccoli stems. She was very nice and I can really appreciate the fact that they’re doing that and using fresh vegetables and practicing social distancing as well. It was also nothing to look at in terms of seating but that is typical of an authentic dirty Chinese takeout place. This place definitely will become my staple when I need my fix!
