Ordered Chicken with broccoli, waited 30 minutes to get terrible food, absolutely no sauce or seasoning like what’s on the usual chicken with broccoli. Literally boiled chicken and broccoli. It wasn’t even edible. Absolutely terrible.

This is by far the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. We eat here pretty much every Friday or Saturday and I have never had a complaint. I just want to also say they were very busy tonight and I think they were also short staffed. When I got my order I was missing an item and they were so apologetic and so eager to make it right. I just really appreciate business’ and people in general that are this nice and treat customers like they should. Thank you girls for the great food and the even better service.

They don’t offer lunch specials 7 days a week, which is unusual in my experience for a Chinese restaurant. Service was fast, but not very friendly. Almost seemed like you were inconveniencing them by dining in. Food portions were good and food was very good. Probably won’t be back due to value.

I have been eating at this place for about 30yrs now and the food has always been very delectable the absolute best Chinese restaurant I’d ever been too. But this time the food was not right. The little chips that were brought to us were stale the fried rice was the worst I’ve ever had there it was equivalent to freezer food stores fried rice. Over all food was super oily. The prices of everything has went up and is sky high for the “lunch specials” For instance it was just under $9 including the drink now it’s $12 for the same amount and the food is nowhere near as good as it was before. I had always loved and enjoyed going there and eating for the quality of food the value the ambience the personable staff with the family friendly environment. Now that the food quality has suffered and the value to the extent that it has so has my consideration to get food from them again.

We have been going to Hunan for 20+ years. The quality has significantly decreased. The spring rolls must be microwaved because they were hot on the outside and frozen in the middle. The waitress was rude and made odd comments about the Asian culture/food. Disappointed in this restaurant we have loved for many years.

Ok hands down the best Chinese food food you can get in Bardstown in my and my family’s opinion. I’ve tried all of them and this one out beats them all. Amazing portions with great prices not greasy food just absolutely delightful and amazing to eat. The variety there is large and it’s prepared very quickly including large orders so if I could give this place 10 Stars I would because not only is there Hospitality of the staff is very friendly and it is nice and clean. it’s amazing food. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants Chinese.

Disgusting!! I ordered the chicken lo mein and sweet and sour chicken. Since when do you put breaded chicken in chicken lo mein?

One of the worse Chimes meals I’ve ever had. Service was terrible- she snatched the plate from me rudely, actually arguing that my food was hot enough when it clearly wasn’t. She eventually took it to be reheated..and I wish she hadn’t bothered. The portion was large, but disgusting. I’m not even sure it was chicken!! The final insult was when she refused to take a single cent off the price despite the fact I couldn’t eat it. It was no wonder that my friend and I were the only 2 customers on a Saturday night.i wish I had taken heed of the other negative reviews. This restaurant serves terrible food and the owner has a very unfortunate attitude. Drive on past!!!
