The best waffle cone – ever!!

And the ice cream was fantastic too.

So the waffle cone is fantastic and only $1.50. Think Belgium waffle with a slightly soft texture paired with a wonderful flavor. It is a must try. I was the only one who got it, and ended up having to share, a lot.

The flavors rotate but the honey graham I got was the best. A delightful vanilla flavor with just enough soft graham mixed in. Yum!!!

Such a fun spot to stop and take in a sweet treat in SF. We took the family and got ice cream for everyone for $25. Go during mid day or the weekend for people watching and a a great vibe.

Another recommendation would be the pint special. Buy 2 get 1 free for $24.

If you want an absolutely incredible flavor pairing, try a scoop of the Vietnamese Coffee with the Secret Breakfast. They’re both amazing on their own, but together, it’s ice cream heaven. Their coffee ice cream is the best coffee flavored ice cream I’ve ever tried. Can’t wait to come back and get it again. PS: the line moves quickly!

Firstly visited in 2013, then 2014 and lately in 2025… and since then till they are consistently holding the same great quality taste and that winking texture. The only change is that they simply got “better”!

Surely you’ll enjoy the ice cream flavors, which each is competing the other. Must try the Graham, or the one with strawberry, and the other one with the Honey thing! (Sorry about the incomplete names…And most importantly the peanut butter:)

Thanks to the team and keep up.

One of the best ice creams I have ever had. It tastes natural and unforgettable.

I rated 4 stars because they mix politics with business by putting a political sticker on their tip box.

The style of ice cream here brings back fond memories of ice cream from the former Mr. and Mrs. Miscellaneous from the Dogpatch – dense scoops of dairy (or dairy-alternative) fundamentals infused with clarity of creative expression. The ice cream is for people who like bold and thoughtfully curated flavors. Want an earl grey ice cream? Try the SF Fog which gives you the strong tea flavor finished with a slight saltiness that harmonizes the sweetness and also incidentally reminds you of your and SF’s proximity to the ocean. It pairs well with the cherry + elderflower flavor (dairy-free) that has a refreshing tangy flavor tempered by sweet nubs of chocolate.

Want boba and ice cream but have only room for one dessert? The HK milk tea flavor will satisfy both cravings simultaneously, no straw needed

LOVE!!!! Was walking through the Ferry Building and immediately smelled something delicious, it was their waffle cones. The line was quite long so I thought hmmm must be good? Lined up for some impromptu ice cream. It was a tough call on what flavour to choose, but I settled on the Lavender Crumble.
Oh my god.
Wow.
I’ve never had an ice cream flavour like this ever before in my life. 100/10 completely worth it and would kill to have it again, although next time I’m here I really wanna try their Matcha Cookies & Cream, and honestly I just want to sample every flavour on the menu. The funny thing is I’m not an ice cream person, I never crave ice cream, I prefer cake or chocolate… but I think their Lavender is the first time I become an “ice cream person”.
This will be my go to spot for ice cream in SF from now on!
Thank you for such unique and exceptional flavours!

This was the best ice cream I’ve had at the Ferry Building! I wasn’t sure which flavor to choose, but they kindly let me sample a couple and both were so good, I ended up getting two scoops.

This ice cream shop at the Ferry Building in San Francisco is a must-visit. The flavors are varied and delicious; I tried the peanut butter and chocolate caramel cookies this time, and it really stands out. It’s no surprise that it’s ranked in the top 5 ice cream shops in the United States. Be prepared for a wait, though, as there’s usually a line, but the ice cream and waffle cone are worth it. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes they’re friendly, and other times they just serve you and move on. They regularly change their flavors and also have specials. If you’re in San Francisco, it’s definitely worth checking out.

3 scoops for $11. I got the Blackout which is triple chocolate, Matcha Cookies and Cream and Salted Caramel Cocoa Nibs. Among the three, I really liked the Blackout and Matcha because they have a balanced flavour profile, while the salted caramel tasted too sweet for my taste.

Good mix of innovative flavors and classics with a twist. The malted milk chocolate is quite good and the blackout flavor I tried today was really delicious. Workers are always friendly and happily offer samples. Great treat!
