Never had such horrible food in my life. The fish was so over fried it fell apart. Like it was old and double fried. The cod smelt and tasted like it was fried in some sweet oil or batter. There are dead flies all over the window ledges. It was a Friday when we went in. Not a sole in the restaurant but us. The old fashioned tasted like the soda was flat. The server was nice, but if the food is horrible it doesn’t matter. She did comp my nasty fish, my husband didn’t say a word except to me about how he wasn’t going to eat it, and we paid for his.

Honestly for 16 a person it wasn’t worth it. The food was cold hard and most was out never refilled while we were there. Also sat there for quite awhile with no plates! Some stuff that is on the brunch menu wasn’t even out.
Replying to the owners comment: We knew where the plates were there were 4 in there asked 3 times to get more and it took forever. There also was plenty of people working and NOBODY checked the food the whole time we were there! The bacon was black and hard and only 3 pieces,2 sausages,so much stuff was empty. We had a table of 6 and won’t ever be back or recommend to ANYONE. Terrible service and food!

We were just looking for a quick lunch at any little place we could find. Didn’t expect a lot walking in but was happy to find friendly staff and some good rock and roll music in the background. But, I was not expecting to have the best burger I’ve had in years! Really great food. Very happy to have stumbled across this place; highly recommended.
