I’ve been going to Humphrey’s for quite a while now, so when my brother came in town over the holidays and we were going to go out to eat and he said he wanted a good burger, I told him I had the perfect place to take him. I told him the place I was going to take him had the absolute best burgers around and a really cool vibe with friendly service. I really worked up Humphrey’s because, in my opinion, it is that good.
We both ordered burgers. I ordered mine medium well and he ordered his medium rare. When we got our burgers, mine came out as I ordered it, but his came out medium well just like mine, not medium rare, the way he ordered it.
When our waitress came to check on us, he let her know that his burger was medium well and he had asked for a medium rare burger. Our waitress’ response was, “well, they just kinda do their own thing back
there,” and then she laughed. She never offered to take it back and fix it or make it right or anything. That was very disappointing because I had spoken so highly of Humphrey’s and have never had a problem there before.
My brother was not too impressed with the burger or the service. I believe if he would have got the burger prepared the way he requested, he would’ve loved it.
On the other hand, my burger was delicious as usual.
I don’t believe the cooks just “do their own thing back there.“ If they do, I probably will not return. But if they do not just do their own thing, I suggest doing some retraining with your waitresses. I waited tables for almost 15 years long ago, and the goal is to make the customer happy, and this customer was not.

Wow 1st time eating here and food was incredible. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. The Mushroom and Swiss buger was juicy. The sampler starter had fried pickels, boneless bufflo wings, and the best mozzarella sticks I have ever had. Definitely will return!

The service and the price was not the problem but the food was completely wrong and when we called and asked for a refund after we got home they refused to give one unless we drove 20 minutes back in to town

Food is OK, if you get served, waitress was nice. Called it good w/an appetizer and beer, after waiting for well over an hour with no sign of our order. Place was not very busy either at 7pm on a Friday. Extra long waits seem to be the routine lately. Won’t be going back.

All I can say is Wow! What a phenomenal experience and delicious Steak dinner. We had the incredible 16-18 ounce Ribeye with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and large salad. The steak was seasoned just right and cooked to absolute perfection. We sat outside on the deck and enjoyed the fresh air and great music. Tori, our extraordinary waitress, took great care of us. She is a top-notch waitress! Please stop by grab a fabulous steak and please ask for Tori. We will definitely be back and highly recommend the Humprey’s American Grill.

Great burger- juicy and lots of bacon and fries are very big and good , steak was delicious perfectly cooked the way I requested . Food came out fast and service was great . Passing through and seen it had good reviews and it’s true . Good prices worth it all . Great location a a friendly atmosphere and lots of tvs to see the game while drinking a beer and eating great food .

This place might be my new favorite burger place. I ordered the cowboy. It had lots of bacon, cheese, tons of caramelized onions, and BBQ sauce. I’m not sure what type of beef they used but it reminded me of snake River farms beef. It was so amazingly flavorful and juicy. The onions were perfectly cooked teaming up with the tower of bacon. The bun was also extremely fresh a soft.
The French fries we good sized and heavily seasoned. They came out nice and hot. We also got an order of onion rings. They were bomb as well. They had a nice thin breading on them and the serving size was more than I was expecting. I look forward to trying out other items on the menu. If you are looking for a good burger definitely stop here.
They also have a great looking drink menu.

Great food. Overall the place is cool and most of the time great music..besides the times when country music is on. Inside it can get cramped a little but there’s a good amount of space outside.
