Absolutely amazing – forgot to take pictures because my boyfriend and I scarfed down our wraps
I got: Pita wrap with zesty feta hummus, beef and lamb gyro ($+2) with street style veggies & fried chickpeas, ofcourse with veggies and tzatziki both in and on the side

Seriously been wanting good Mediterranean food for awhile and this place hit the spot, I love that its completely customizable
The one who helped us was so sweet and helpful since it was our first time in, and she encouraged us to try the different hummus which honestly is so nice, love that the falafel is made fresh. Absolutely will come back here, next time I’ll try the baklava

I recently came across Hummus Republic while browsing social media and saw they have a Surprise location. Absolutely loved everything! The atmosphere inside, really nice people behind the counter, and the food is beyond delicious. Such fresh ingredients, great flavor, and presentation shot this location to one of my favorite places to eat in the valley.

I recently had an awesome experience at Hummus Republic. The place was super clean, and the staff were really professional. I called in my order, and James was amazing—he walked me through the menu even though they were about to close. It was so convenient to get everything sorted over the phone. When I picked up my gyro pita, it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this spot! Their pita chicken shawarma was unique, and their pita gyro beef was tasty. Next time, I’ll try the wrap or bowl to compare. The only downside is that I find them a bit pricey.

this place was so clean, everything was so neat and organized on the tables. there was a tall guy today around 2-3pm at the front who was so fast and efficient, (i did not get his name but shout out to him!!) he even went in depth with menu items and how the servings worked with some customers. i put my order in on the touch screen and he was so fast with it and very polite. definitely would come back just for the service. and the food is so good, you can’t go wrong with a mediterranean version of chipotle. i wish there were locations on the east side

First time going to this restaurant. It was very clean the staff is friendly. Got my order to go and boy it did not disappoint! 10/10 would recommend. The owner was even going around and checking the satisfaction of the guest that were dining in.
