Excellent spot. Parking is in rear near the bank. Lot of variety of healthy, protein packed meals. Portions are perfect size imho. Loved the steak with sweet potato fries, the chicken with asparagus (although, mine only had 2 pieces of asparagus so wouldnt liked more aspargus or vegetables and less rice). The buffalo chicken nuggets were also great. Also had the breakfast burrito which was solid. Definitely will be back. These meals are great for fast warm-up, no bs ingredients. Cancel your meal delivery services and pickup meals here instead! Got that small business love put into the food. Also a one-stop shop for all of your supplement needs. Each meal was under $13 which is a great price!

I’m usually not one to leave reviews, but I just had to. I drove over an hour to try the buffin muffins, and it’s safe to say I would happily do it again. The muffins are amazing, you can tell just by trying it, how much love they put into their business. Not only is the food great, but so is the atmosphere, everyone is kind!

I always find the best service at Hummus Fit in Lindenhurst. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The food taste fantastic. You can find all your macros right on the side of the food. Plenty of choices so you don’t get bored, And whatever you do, do not skip the Buffin Muffins.

Best place! I live nearby so I had to check it out! The bowls are so delicious and so efficient for on the go! I loveeee the muffins. I got one for my boyfriend and he’s officially obsessed. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Def recommend coming!

Went to Foundation in Rochelle Park to stock up and try some hummus fit meals. The staff there were super helpful and put some meals aside for me that I was looking for (bc they are super popular) . Tried the grilled chicken parm wrap right away and it was amazing! Easy to heat and easy to track the macros. Can’t wait to try the rest that I bought!
