First time here and i thought I try it since you can pay with inkind. I’m not a big fan of oysters but i do like seafood . I was seated right away without reservation. I was greeted after by Genevieve and Victor. Both were professional and pleasant. They kinda laugh at my jokes so they got a 1 point for that. I asked for their recommendation and Genevieve went on an extensive list but ended up with the Bisque, lobster and lava cake which were delicious (+1) They checked in a reasonable fashion that doesn’t feel intrusive and gave me space to enjoy the food. I also like how the price is not that bad for the quality that you’re getting which is another +1. The ambiance and vibe is very calm and kinda fancy with white and marble touches (+1) for a small restaurant. Finally, this restaurant is with inkind so when you use the app you can get up to 20% cashback which you can use towards your next bill elsewhere! Also a +1!
This place gets a 5/5 highly recommend if you want good seafood for a reasonably price and you happen to be in the area.

From beginning to end Humble Oysters and Bubbles didn’t disappoint. Our server Abby was very attentive and so was the entire staff. The atmosphere was warm and fun with great music and even better food.
We started with some amazingly fresh oysters that were selected by Abby. They were delicious and a great start to the night. We then moved on to our entrees. If you’re luck enough to be there on the weekend make sure someone gets the prime rib that is out of this world. The shrimp and lobster roll was divine and the French dip was amazing az well.
The owner Tim even stopped by our table to thank us!

The best lobster bisque I have ever had in my life. The anchovy buttered bread was incredible! Oyster selection was outstanding and all of the sauces. I have to say though using plastic throwaway ramekins really cheapens the experience. Throw those things away and buy some real ramekins. You can afford it. Bartenders were lovely.

I came here ready to indulge and this oyster bar delivered in most ways. I ordered one of every daily special oyster they had, the caviar bump, lobster bisque, lobster roll with salad, and the famous caviar nachos.
The highlights?
• The oysters were incredibly fresh and clean — a true raw bar experience (just note: no charbroiled or baked options here).
• The caviar bump was buttery, briny perfection.
• And the caviar nachos? Absolutely worth a return trip. Rich, salty, crunchy—chef’s kiss.
The place filled up fast, so definitely get there early if you want a good spot. The vibe was energetic but still comfortable. Service at the bar was timely and efficient, and shoutout to the bartender with long dark hair she had amazing energy and added to the experience.
Now for the misses:
The lobster roll just didn’t make sense to me. Instead of a traditional buttery roll, it was served on a sweet croissant with massive chunks of lobster and shrimp. It was too sweet overall and impossible to eat as a sandwich — definitely a fork-and-knife situation. The side salad wasn’t any better — just some greens with a splash of oil. Wouldn’t recommend that combo.
Overall, this place is great for oysters, caviar, and drinks — skip the lobster roll and salad, and you’ll have an incredible time.

Stopped in for a quick happy hour as a total seafood rookie and left wondering why I haven’t been living on oysters my whole life. These things were insane! The staff made everything super easy and fun, and Paige at the front was so sweet and welcoming I will definitely be back for round two.

I would probably prefer going up or below a star level on some but I’m rounding. For this place I have mixed opinions. First the environment is lovely. Its a great experience to get a meal here imo. I think atmosphere is 5 stars. wrt food I’m a little more critical. I ordered an over 40 dollar plate for dinner. My gf said she was surprised how small the portion seemed. I thought the same about the other persons entree whom I was with. In addition part of the plates food was not even warm. It was like coolish. lukewarm? So I didn’t love that for the price. Regarding service it was slow for greeting, slow for food delivery overall. When delivering soup a worker tilted plates and almost spilled to bowls on the table and stuck her finger in the soup. It was odd for a place that seems upscale. If I had ability I’d probably do 3.5 on food and service and still 5 on atmosphere.

Great oyster bar. Reasonably priced. Fun location. Beautiful bartenders, nice, helpful & attentive for the most part.
I don’t think anything else stands out on the menu. The peach drink was really good. Oysters were great. Not the most inviting environment because it feels like a fish market with cool art decor but it’s a great day date for oysters.

Went for the 1st time ladt night. We had a fantastic dinner. The food was awesome and very tasty. The Oyster were excellent and I enjoyed them very much.
We sampled two very nice Champagnes.
Billecart 1818 and Beau Joie.
They were both really great tasting.
The Champagne Sangria was outstanding. Really enjoyed the flavor of it.
We will be back for sure to try some other things that they have on the Menu. If you like Oysters try this Restaurant. I am certain you will not be disappointed.

Finally made it in to this fantastic champagne/oyster bar! That’s actually not a fair definition because it’s more than just that. We weren’t super hungry, but the menu looks fantastic. I think many people would not consider Phoenix a place to be able to find good oysters, but they would be mistaken. It may not have the selection of someplace on the water, but this is another example of an excellent place to get oysters. We tried three different kind and they were all fresh and fantastic. The service and the staff were very attentive and the setting inside is top notch. We also came for the sparkling wine selections. If you’re a fan of champagne or any of its other sparkling wine cousins, you got to check it out. We will be back again.
