Hullabaloo Diner, it has been years since I’ve been back (they are closed Monday-Wednesday) and have limited hours but going on a Sunday morning for brunch was delicious! Save room for a cinnamon roll if they still have them when you’re there. The pancakes, so delicious!!

It’s great when you have a place in your own backyard in Texas that reminds you of being in the mountains of Tennessee. Great atmosphere plus great food!

So many pleasantly surprising things here. The covered patio area was charming and comfy. The pancakes have such a delicious smell. The staff was all amazing and TBH the patrons were cool as well. The parrots were funny out back, too. Definitely go back again . Thank you Hullabaloo!

The quality of food was fairly good. The Elvis Fries didn’t really have the cheese melted on them and were a little cold in the center. Because of that we took them home and heated them up later. They were much better the second time! For the price, the serving size of the cheese curds was a let down – but they did taste good! My s/o said the French toast had too many chocolate chips on it and I agreed- it was too sweet for our liking. These are knit picky comments regarding some of what we tried! This why I still am giving 4 stars. Absolutely go there if you want a good burger or breakfast tacos. I think they were training the lady that was working the register. The food all came fairly quickly, but I think they need more signage as to where you go to order walking from the entrance into the bar. We kinda wandered around a bit! If you were taking someone on a first date though I would definitely recommend this over some other breakfast/brunch menus in town!

The staff is incredibly friendly in the atmosphere is something you have to experience. This is just a cool place.
On our most recent visit my food was very average but most of the time I’ve been here was excellent. I docked a star from the atmosphere because there was a loud live singer which was a little much for a Sunday breakfast.
Overall, this is a place I’ll go to again and again. I definitely recommend it. You won’t regret it.

i went there craving crispy, flaky fries that i saw in some other review photos, but got these… which was disappointing… but the space is completely cool!!! They have a TON of outside seating, games, and interesting surroundings all over. This would be an amazing place for friends and big groups of people. i was weary about bugs being outside, like spiders, but all i had were a few flies, so u put out a few crumbs for them to go to, but they still can’t at my main meal a few times, but, that’s normal. the sandwich didn’t look like much at first, but turned out to be really good. the bread was well prepared with a slight crunch and still slightly chewy, a great combination! the fries… so disappointing i didn’t finish them.

Great place to eat in South College Station. First time I had breakfast here. I had a hard time deciding but I finally went with the Chorizo burrito. I had no regrets. Hands down fantastic! Can’t wait to come try the chicken fried steak burrito.

A nice little diner to socialize and hangout! It can be very confusing when you come in, as not all parts of the diner are open at all times, and every day they have a “special” type of food day (Friday is Pizza), but once you figure out where to get seated and what’s on the menu, everything is cozy and has a nice old fashioned western diner vibe. We had the Key Lime Pie as well, and it was very good (but also very dense and strong flavored, so some may not like it)! The bar is nice but is pretty limited in the drinks they offer (not a full service bar). Service was super nice, and checked on us often. Overall, a really nice experience, and I wish we could’ve explored the entire diner area! We’ll definitely be coming back to try another day.

I first came here in 2014 and the diner was packed. Traditional diner experience with incredibly great food. Went back last weekend and the food was just as wonderful as I remembered, although a diner should have real coffee mugs, and not disposable cups. It now feels like a strange combination of fast food aspects mixed with diner vibes, which is a little confusing. They said the original diner part is only open on game day weekends, so we were lucky. I still love this place and highly recommend it! It’s unique, the people who work there so friendly, And the food is amazing! (just please get some real mugs for the actual diner :))
