Looking for a sandwich in walking distance that doesn’t leave you feeling heavy? Look no further..Now I got the 6″ macho man ( or Italian) I’m sure I’d be stuffed eating a whole sub but I left satisfied.
Looking forward to coming back and splitting a sub with my husband and getting some extra toppings.
Alexander took my order and gave his recommendations, was personable and let me try the hot pepper relish! A little spicy, a little sweet.

At 225 pm I called for a pick up order and told it was too late as they close at 3. Went today. The inside of this sub is likely the best you will ever find in Lancaster. Truly impressive meats and toppings! But the most important part of any sandwich is the bread and wow did this fall short. I swear I read the bread came from Philly daily, but this roll seemed to be the same kind you’d get from a refrigerated premade sub at a grocery store and was super dense, dry and chewy making what should be the number 1 sub around, hard to eat or enjoy. Get some Amoroso!

I am partially disabled. I was able to find a parking space on the street right in front of the restaurant. The sidewalk curb is high, but there was a church driveway nearby so I used that to get onto the sidewalk. There is also a step up @ the entrance. There is a handicapped accessible parking lot, but no way to get to the order counter without steps. There was ice water available with cups. I thought that was nice. I got the People’s Elbow. It was very good. Lots of meat & veggies. The subs include a side bag of Martin’s potato chips. Coke products in cans are available. Service was very fast.

Let me tell you something BROTHER….. this place is awesome!! We were in the area for a bowling tournament, and had this place plotted out for weeks. It absolutely did not disappoint! For starters, the young lady at the front counter was very nice and personable. There was plenty of room to be able to comfortably sit our group as we body slammed our hoagies… and let me just say… they were incredible. Fresh rolls, plenty of meat and toppings…. if you left hungry, it was your own fault. The icing on the cake was their adult HUGS… the classic kids drink with a shot of liquor in it… simple, but so much fun! All-in-all, Hulk Hoagies will be a “must stop” destination anytime I am in the area going forward!

Finding this hoagie shop was such a pleasant surprise in both its quaint atmosphere and very good food. There are little nooks and crannies within this shop where you can find the perfect place to sit and enjoy a delicious meal in private conversation. There is also an area where you could invite family and friends for a larger gathering. When I am in the Mount Joy area again, I will be returning to Hulk Hoagies. This place is delightful!

Loved the shop. It’s a bit confusing going in. You go into Hulk Hoagie’s but follow the sign to YAH. Order from the friendly lady at the bar. At least, that’s how it was the day.
At $14, I was happy to leave full. Big ol filling hoagies. All named after things in the WWF. I got the sweet chin music. Amazing.

What a great addition to Mount Joy! Love the vibe, decor and overall feel to this place. Looking forward to game nights on Wednesdays. I ordered the Macho Man sub for takeout, and it left much to be desired: the bread was stale, a bit under seasoned–prolly will stick to just beer in the future. I love their Hershey location and always try to support local; will check out food in the future once kinks are worked out. Hell yeah, brother!

Brother, let me tell you something, Hulkamaniacs!** If you haven’t been to *Hulk Hoagies* in Mount Joy, PA, you’re missing out on the most electrifying hoagies this side of the universe, brother! When I walked in, the energy was off the charts! The hoagies? Out of this world, man! I ordered the “Sweet Chin Music” and “”The Rock Bottom” and let me tell you, it was stacked higher than a steel cage, packed with flavors so powerful, they’d make you want to flex those 24-inch pythons right there in the shop!
The bread was fresh, the meats were packed tighter than an atomic leg drop, and the service? Top-notch, just like my wrestling moves, dude! The staff treated me like I was walking into the squared circle at WrestleMania, brother! They didn’t just make me a hoagie – they built me a monument of flavor and power that no one could defeat!
