Absolutely delicious!
This poke spot is truly a hidden gem. The food is incredibly fresh and flavorful — every bite feels perfect. The attention and service were amazing as well. The owner and her daughter are so kind, warm, and welcoming that they make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

Highly recommend this place! I’ll definitely be coming back. ✨

I tried Hula Poke for the first time just a few weeks ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since! The quality and freshness of the fish are absolutely amazing — you can really tell that all the ingredients are super fresh. Everything tastes delicious, and they have a great selection to choose from.
It’s officially my favorite poke place now — consistently fresh, tasty, and satisfying every time. Highly recommend!

My go-to poke place! 10/10 across all fronts. The ingredients are high quality, tasty, and fresh whether I show up around lunch or dinner time. All of the staff members I’ve interacted with have been incredibly friendly and helpful. Good pricing and portion size as well.

Fresh & Flavorful!

Hula Poke is hands down one of my favorite spots for poke bowls! Everything tasted so fresh and vibrant — from the salmon to the toppings, every bite was delicious.

I loved how customizable the bowls are; you can really make them your own with all the great options they have. The portions are generous, and the ingredients feel high quality.

Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere is casual but welcoming — perfect for a quick healthy lunch or dinner.

If you’re craving fresh poke with amazing flavor, Hula Poke is the place to go!

Consistent poke spot. They have many locations. Not too busy when I went there. Good price point and quality is there. Great to cure that poke crave.

The food was fantastic. No complaints. Fresh spicy tuna and veggies, flavorful sauces.

The service was weird as heck.

My friend ordered first and was paying when this very young looking girl comes to the food line and just…… stands there. No hello. No “what would you like?” Nothing.

So I ask “Um…… can I order?”

“Yeah”.

Fine, whatever. I’m hungry, I want poke, I’m not expecting a Michelin dining experience. Maybe she’s having an off day.

So I order what I want in my bowl. And then I say “And for the topping just diakon please”

“That’s a topping.”

“Yes I know that…..” (What are we getting at here?)

“We mix everything with the sauce and then add the toppings.”

“Yes……”

AND THEN SHE JUST CONTINUES TO STAND THERE. Looking at me like I’ve suddenly started speaking Aramaic.

Mind you, I have specified what sauce I would like.

“Is….. there a problem? Can I not order that?”

“No you can. But it’s a topping.”

“Yes. We’ve established that. I’m….. really not sure where the confusion is coming from.”

“We mix everything with the sauce first.”

GIRL ARE YOU AI? Are you glitching? Am I on camera being pranked? WHAT is going on here?

We got to such a stalemate about toppings and mixing sauces the gentleman that helped mu friend had to step in and ask what the problem was. I said “I’m not sure. I said I wanted double ponzu and daikon and we’re stuck at “we mix the sauce first” and “that’s a topping” and there’s no mixing or topping going on and I’m not sure who’s confused or why.”

He shooed the girl away and continued making my bowl.

Super SUPER strange experience to where other customers were looking on, just as confused as I was.

Not sure if I’ll be back or not. The food was lovely but the ordering process was just so weird and frustrating that idk if I want to deal with that again at the risk the same girl is there.

Best poke bowls so far in San Antonio very close to Poke for the People on Oahu’s North Shore which is my benchmark. All the ingredients were fresh and the staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable on a few items I was not familiar with. I had the three protien bowl with eel, tuna, and spicy tuna. All the toppings and sauces were wonderful! It was all I could do to finish this. My wife had the two protien bowl and has enough leftover for a snack later.

Here’s my recipe

Large bowl.
Half the usual rice amount, and half of that brown half white. All tuna. Then get ponzu and a light amount of Sriracha aioli. Get jalapeños and what you want from the middle station, then everything from the last station including avocado and extra seaweed. Add sesame seeds.

The proteins they have there were very fresh and So were the greens. Also a really nice little assortment of different crunches. Over all around lot of choices across the board.
