Love this adorable little tiki themed bar! My friends and I occasionally come in from the city to do Karaoke on Sunday nights. The owners are really nice and fun, and the kid that does the karaoke is really cool. I haven’t eaten here yet so I can’t judge it but my friends usually do and have no complaints. It’s generally not that busy on a Sunday night which is nice. I saw some reviews that said it was a smoking bar, but I don’t think it is anymore? If it is you can’t tell. We always have a blast.

Karaoke on Sunday’s starting at 7, Tuesday is open mic, Wednesday is line dancing, Nice venue. The burgers are huge, prices are very reasonable!
Correction!!! Apparently the bartender didn’t know what time karaoke was supposed to start, it’s 8:05 and the KJ is just setting up the system. 8:35 and still no karaoke and it looks to me like the KJ doesn’t know what she’s doing. I can make this criticism because I am a KJ and I’ve been doing karaoke for many years.
The food here was good, but I came for karaoke and that was very bad!!!! I will not return!

Hula Bar is the best kept secret in town. Located in the community oriented area of Verona. Easy to get to. Plenty of parking. Hospitality is filled with inclusion and laughter. There is now a full menu with numerous specials. Excellent meeting place for friends. You gotta check it out

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment. The bartender was unprofessional and rude. She appeared to assume I was flirting with her husband, when in fact, I had only asked a simple question about a nearby restaurant that had closed.
I had planned to order food but was never offered a menu, though the customer after me was given one without issue. When I explained why I did not leave a tip on a single drink, the bartender became defensive and told me not to return.
I have visited this location only three times, which wasn’t even my original destination and given this treatment, I will not be returning.

I love it here. Ashley and z are so wonderful. And the owner, Sherry is such a lovely person. She takes the time to make connections with her regulars. She also goes out of her way to get feedback about the food served here.
Ashley (‘Munda’) is such a beautiful human being. She is so welcoming and kind. Z is so nice, I consider them both great friends that I met because of the Hula. Hands down, best bar in Verona.
The best part is, the let me bring my ESA. We actually celebrated his 1st birthday at the hula. Very grateful to have such a nice bar to go to with all my friends. They also just renovated both bathrooms, support local businesses like the hula!

I live up the road from this place. Decided to go in one night after work for 2 drinks. Haven’t eaten there so I can speak on the food but Tuesday is lobster roll day so I’ll check it out. But the atmosphere? Chil. Service? Accurate and kind. It has a pool table, some slot games, good sports bar vibe and none of the drama or ghetto vibes that many bars in the east side of town can have

Stopped here for trivia night, trivia host did a great job. Food came out very quickly, only got the hula fries (bacon cheese fries) portion size was huge, and they tasted very good. Bartender took time to talk to every customer, and spent time with everyone.
