I come to this HuHot pretty frequently, and it’s honestly one of my favorite places to eat. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with friendly faces and a welcoming atmosphere that makes the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. The food is always prepared fresh, and you can really taste the quality in every bowl. I love being able to pick my ingredients and watch everything cooked right in front of me—everything is flavorful, hot, and consistently delicious.
The waiters here are always kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything I need. Whether it’s refilling drinks, grabbing extra napkins, or answering questions, they’re always on point. The service overall is fast and efficient, even when the restaurant is busy, which I really appreciate. I never feel like I’m waiting too long for anything.
What keeps me coming back is the combination of fresh food, great flavors, and genuinely good customer service. It’s hard to find places that stay consistent, but this HuHot always delivers. I always leave satisfied, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a good meal and a comfortable dining experience. Definitely one of the best spots around!

Overall, the food was delicious and there are quite a few options to choose from regarding the meats, noodles, veggies, sauces, and other fixings. Since I went on a Sunday afternoon, the line for the food to cook was long. Unfortunately, the waiter took away my drink and silverware before I’ve finished eating while I was in line to get another plate of food. Thankfully, they apologized to me since mistakes do happen from time to time.

This place is a favorite of mine when in Manhattan. The selection of ingredients is very good, the sauces can deliver any flavor or spiciness you desire. Always clean, and the hostesses are very attentive and polite. A great all around experience everytime.

The food had weird tastes to it. It was super busy and had to wait a long while to get your food prepped. I would say we probably had some of the best service by our waitress she was very friendly and helpful. Might give it another shot just based on her professionalism

Not much for upkeep of the place but the food was so flavorful and delicious. They have a few meat and noodle choices to start off with, then a lot off garnish and veggies to add, last ending with several different sauces to top off your bowl before sending it to the grill.
The waitress was very attentive and never had to ask for a refill. The food was very delicious and the men cooking it were very efficient.
Would definitely go back again.

Unfortunately this restaurant was not peanut allergy friendly. My grandson has a severe allergy and we didn’t realize the possibility of cross contamination when we went in. To the credit of the staff once asked, they directed us away from just about everything on the buffet and we just had to order him some chicken fingers. He was disappointed as he loves Asian cuisine.
For the others in our party, we were disappointed with the overall quality of the offerings, the lack of common things like shrimp, and the overall preparation. We’ve been to other Mongolian Restaurants that were much better.

Our waitress Michelle H. in Manhattan, KS gave us a great experience with our grandbabies. She told us prices right away and was on top of everything from drinks to taking a family picture and stuff to entertain the kids. She was AMAZING!!!!!
