What will my protein be today? Pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, fish, ham, meatballs, Tofu? Actually, it ended up being all of the above! Well, except the tofu!! But dining at Hu Hot is a lot more than just the delicious proteins. They present just as many options for fresh vegetables and sauces. There is no way you should ever leave here hungry. So many choices, and if you need to, you can go through the buffet a second time. This is an all-you-can-eat dining experience.
One of the hardest things about eating here is what sauces to flavor your meal with. There is always at least 12 house flavors ready to ladle over your food. I usually combine at least 4 flavors to make my own flavor. Other than the fact that I always overeat here, this is probably one of the healthiest restaurants to eat at. And so delicious.

I really enjoyed my time here, and the food was amazing, plus the service was pretty good. I even made something fun, putting five different flavors in one cheesecake! I also got to reunite with my awesome brother in Christ, Derrick Stevens. We had a great time 🙂

This was such a great experience!! Our waiter was so accommodating and adhered to all of our requests and was so happy to help. The staff who were refilling the food were so helpful in helping me get bowls, refill items we wanted, etc. The best part of all, the cook, Tyler, was sooooo nice. Per my request, he sang happy birthday to my sister and embarrassed her lol. The place was so clean and the food was delicious!! Will be coming back! Tyler was amazing!

I came to Huhot because I’d heard a lot of good things and it definitely lived up to the hype! I loved being able to build my own dish, and the food was super flavorful. My server, Giovanni, was amazing! He was super attentive and even switched between cooking and serving, which really showed how much the staff here care about their customers. Easily one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a while!

The food was great at always, but the service was unbelievable! We went in shortly before close to sneak in a family dinner after an art show, and the staff was phenomenal. There was no pressure to hurry up and finish, but the manager was very on top of making sure his staff was taken care of and mindful to be able to get them out on time. We even saw him working on the grill when we first came in. Our waitress was extremely sweet and on top of drinks, but the cooks were the best! My daughter is extremely inquisitive and always has a million questions about everything, and just overhearing her questions both cooks volunteered information about the grill, food safety, and even encouraged her to give the gong a better whack right before we left. 11/10, would highly recommend!!

Im a regular at huhot!, I was there yesterday and i just had the greatest time!!. The guys on the grill with it being so busy, were busting thier butts, they also sang like 4 birthday song and it definitely was a fun experience for me, everyone Was doing what they were supposed to be doing, and i spoke with the manager miguel he was very awsome aswell, he was manning the grill and all over the place it was great to see. giving great orders and staying ontop of everything. Overall im highly satisfied with how this location is coming about. Jeneva was my server and she was very helpful and kind. And a magnificent worker aswell. Thanks huhot i will be back!!!

We had a wonderful experience at this Mongolian grill, and we especially wanted to highlight the incredible job the manager Geno did during our visit.
He was truly everywhere his team needed him and led by example the entire time. When the line started to back up, he immediately jumped behind the host stand to help seat guests. Moments later, he was behind the grill helping cook, then busing tables, helping replenish the noodles, meat and vegetables at the buffet, all while still finding time to check in with diners to make sure everyone was satisfied.
What stood out most was his attitude — even in a stressful, fast-paced environment, he stayed lighthearted, calm, and did it all with a genuine smile on his face. His contributions to both the staff and the guests were impressive, and it was clear he takes pride in supporting his team and providing great service.
When I took a moment to acknowledge his effort, he simply thanked me and said he couldn’t do it without the help of his staff. That humility and teamwork mindset says everything — he is truly everything you want in a leader.
We just wanted to recognize the outstanding leadership and hard work we witnessed. It made a big difference in our experience, and this business is lucky to have him.

The food choices look good, but I guess it’s like a hit or miss when you’re creating your own bowl to be cooked. Other than that there food well vegetables tasted more like frozen bags you buy out the grocery stores. Didn’t have that fresh taste to them as well the shrimp artificial. But like I shared it’s a hit or miss, so I give them a 3 out of 5 star.
