My first visit was on a Monday. I experienced nothing but the best service at this place. It almost felt like a dream the service was so wonderful. I will always go back on a Monday. If you never been please check them out, if its been a while since you been go back, if you ever had a bad experience go back try your luck you
owe it to yourself to try again… My only issue would be no raspberry tea, its almost like he knew I was a raspberry tea person and they no longer carry it, normally my rating would of start going down from there but no, because he prepared me for it lol 5 start for the workers and 5 stars for all the people who came and went I was there for a while enjoying the food and the atmosphere so comfortable and very clean.

Sauces lacked flavor and seemed watered down. 6-8 scoops didn’t help. Wasn’t very clean. Food on walls by booth and food was turned once when cooking. Our least favorite location. Servers were excellent!

We came in for Valentine’s Day because huhot is our favorite place to go since we don’t have one in the town we live in. I am disgusted by the things we saw in there. First when I sat down the chair was broken so I had to switch it with a different table. Second when the waiter came to our table he told us that the chair has a screw loose like all the people that work there. We got up to get our food and everything was all mixed up. When we got over to the grill they were using awful language infrount of kids. The grill was disgusting. There was an oil/ grease substance all over the floor. Before my fiancé got his plate the people at the grill was talking about if one of them still had his bandaide on his ankle then proceeded to look and take it off. He then went back to touching food without washing his hands. I will definitely stick to going other places to eat then coming here.

Had a large party. Had called ahead (twice) to make sure they were aware we were coming. Despite that, they were not prepared and staff had not been informed. The waitress tried her best but overall it was disappointing. Food was too overdone (crispy) for some in our party.

HuHots is a favorite for my family. We love creating our own Mongolian creations of meat, veggies, noodles & sauces tho the bowls are always way too small! The restaurant we went to in Cedar Falls was super crowded & very loud with the over head music. Also it didn’t seem too clean & the foods were all mixed in the buffet & the mushrooms were bad & not fresh. The initial server was not friendly & seated us at a table right by all the door traffic & under one of the speakers. We asked a different person if we could sit elsewhere & she said yes, so we moved. Overall, I still love HuHots, I would just not come when it’s so busy at dinner time on a Saturday night. Also I am glad we didn’t come with our little ones because it would have been difficult to watch them & bring them through the line while holding our bowls of food.

Different style of restaurant for sure. Located inside a mall. We were seated very quickly. I liked that we could get our food whenever we want but I as that was my first time I wasn’t really sure what combinations were good. Nevertheless it was fun to experiment and try new things. Very cool and interesting decorations. The waitress didn’t check up on us too often but was nice when she did. I had to call her over when I wanted more water. The line was also pretty long so that combined with the waitress brought it down to a three.

We stopped there on our way while passing by Waterloo. Unfortunately, the 5-star reviews were misleading. It was very pricey and underwhelming. We spent $50 for two people lunch. The interior was not clean. If you are passing by Waterloo, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The food was amazing! Our waitress was very nice. The line for the grill was long, but the cooks were very fast. It was a little loud, but they can’t really help that. It was pretty expensive but worth the money. I definitely recommend it.
