We were late customers so it was near empty to get a seat. Pizza was good. Now we know that extra crust is not what we like. We ate it all though. Good taste. First time there so we didn’t know what to order. Prices everywhere are too high.

We got a pizza with lots of toppings last night and it was very good! I especially liked the tomatoes and mushrooms, which were both very fresh! Also ordered cheese curds that came with ranch and loved them! The service was good.

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the dining area is dark and slightly depressing.

4.5…first time take out. Definitely a two thumbs way up on the pizza(meat lovers) with my crumbs crunchers! The sauce is just a touch on the sweet side and NOT overwhelming. The pizza surprisingly weighed lighter than normal when I picked it up, but it’s because of the light cracker like tasting. I normally would prefer pan like but this is definitely one of my top 5. Average $4 per person without drinks and tips. Nothing like a great pizza at the beach on a picnic table! Great JOB Hugo’s Pizza!

Delicious mushroom Swiss burger and fries.
And the service was excellent with the the friendly staff, plus the apmispher was great with people coming and going.

Ordered for delivery as we stayed in town for the night. The Meat Lovers was maybe the best pizza I’ve had in my 46 years of life. And the poppers were perfect- didn’t fall apart, but weren’t chewy. Awesome meal.

Waited an hour just for our salads. No warning about the wait time on food.Brought out each person’s dinner at much different times. Quit worrying about the, “90 times the phone rang” orders and pay attention to the customers in your restaurant. On top of it our fish wasn’t even cooked. Terrible experience.

I have had their perch dinner and it was okay but this review is about what Hugo’s was built on… pizza. Hands down best pizza in Ashland. Some might argue the best pizza is Frankie’s. There was a time that might have been true, but the “Frankie’s pizza” is long long gone.

The staff was super friendly and the pizza was delicious! I was pretty late picking it up and even after sitting for a bit it was 10/10! The amount of pizza you get for the price is generous, I ordered a 10” and it looks closer to 12”!
