This buffet isn’t nearly as bad as some of the comments suggest. There’s a wide selection of options, from hot Chinese and American dishes to sushi, fresh fruit, salads, and desserts. We went on a weekend for dinner and were seated right away. The space is much larger inside than I expected.

The staff was working diligently to keep things moving. There was a bit of food on the floor in some areas, and overall the food was fairly standard buffet fare (similar to Golden Corral) for the price. The sushi quality left something to be desired, though the hot dishes were decent.

If you’re looking for a no-fuss meal with plenty of variety at a reasonable price, this could be a solid option. If you’re hoping for a more elevated buffet experience, you may want to explore other choices.

Even though it’s the only buffet in Hillsboro, it’s not the best. The fries tasted frozen. The ranch tasted like water down ranch. and their pizza was frozen and I have proof of this and they probably got the pizza from the dollar tree across the street. and they left the pizza cutter on top of the frozen pizza boxes and also left the pizza tray as well. and the price don’t get me started on the price in total, we spent $86. I wouldn’t recommend this place to be honest.

What’s with all the nay sayers? I LOVE YOU HUG GRILL! People saying the food is cold? What the heck? LOL. If i could afford to eat here everyday i would, I’ve been here in the past 2 years I’d say about 25 times. NEVER had a problem! Sometimes the craw dads are small… but other than that… always a pleasure. Thanks guys and God bless

This place was amazing. There were so many different types of foods. Many traditional buffet style and may you wouldn’t expect like sushimi and sushi. Of course it was very busy but there is a ton of sitting space. We sat in the back room and had 3 other families in there that had room to walk and talk and not overhear anyones conversation. Can’t wait to go back.

The fried foods tasted like all burnt oil.
Sushi 2 out of 10.
Gas station Sushi probably tastes better.
The Mongolian food looked of a thing of horrors, look at the video if it let’s me post it.
After 3 or 4 plates of trying to find something that doesn’t resemble regret, I was left with disappointment. I saved the sweets for last and was not impressed at all.. my kids left almost full plates of food, my wife and I left alot of food.. I could tell the food has sat out all day. They didn’t have much for customers, it’s a try once and never good back buffet.

Look at the meat in the video.. looks like road kill.

The bathroom had urine on the walls and toilet paper everywhere. Look at the picture of the old food under the seats, I don’t think they own a broom.

I don’t recommend any of the food or the sink water.. $23 per person is a joke for this junk. Don’t risk getting the food poisoning, and if you want to risk it.. get food at the gas station, cheaper and safer

Brought my family of 8 to this place on Sunday. It was a great time and great food. Everyone liked everything. Was anazed to hear song “I will glorify God” playing throughout dining room speakers which pleased my kids.

Good tasty Chinese cuisine, there is a pick your own ingredients for the grill. Su shi are varieties and good as well. The desert are great. For the families it more than good wholesome meals.

Overall this buffet was fairly average. We went on a Thursday and there was only 1 front of house employee acting as hostess/ server/ busser so despite it not being busy, we still had to wait a few minutes before being sat. The photos make the buffet look very large, but there aren’t as many options as you’d think. No sweet and sour chicken is always a negative for me. They did a pretty good job replenishing the food though and there was some sushi (although it wasn’t labeled well), and a stir fry station, but I never saw anyone manning the stir fry station and as a result never saw anyone get it. I personally wouldn’t go back, but it wasn’t a terrible experience.

Went here for the first time today as we were in the area. 5 stars. Worth the value for your money. The food is good, the sushi nigiri is tasty. I didn’t get to try the hibachi, so will have to do that next time. Kid price is based on how old kid is. Minimal extra cost for soda. My favorite was the salmon nigiri and the longan near the fruit area. The atmosphere is clean and nice. Also had clean restrooms and fun toy vending machines. Will come back.

The food was great and the diversity of choices is really good. Service not so much but after all it’s a buffet, if they check out if the customer needs drinks or refills it will be great. Lunch for 2 people was about $50.
There’s a difference in price depending on what day in the week you are going to be there. We just happened to be Saturday afternoon which is about $7 more expensive than on business days per person.
