Very very good food! My personal favorites are the riblets, nachos, and the brisket. They have the best chili mustard sauce, and there sweet fire bbq is up there too. Good prices as well, will definitely come back.

I’ve been here quite a few times but it’s been a very long time. This time was less than underwhelming. First off was the cost… It’s lunchtime on a Monday and this was $22 plus tip. I’ve included a picture for reference… It’s been a long time since I’ve had a $25 lunch that wasn’t in a high end establishment. Not actually sure how it ended up so much since I ordered the 2 meat platter and an iced tea. But now for the main reason of the review… If the food was amazing I wouldn’t be leaving this type of review. But all of the food was barely lukewarm… Barely… And all of it The service was great so for that reason I’ve added a couple of stars. But even if I was charged a fair amount of about $15ish for this the fact that it wasn’t served at an appropriate temp I’d still be less than pleased. Hopefully this was an off day for the food and something was just clicked wrong on the register.

The food is delish! Visiting from Texas so bbq is a staple food where im from.
My son and I ordered the platter with 3 meats, 2 sides, Texas toast. We chose pulled pork, sausage and brisket with macaroni, potato salad and coleslaw.
The portions of meat were enough for two. However the sides could’ve been bigger but nonetheless everything was good.
We tried the sweet and spicy bbq sauce and it was on point.
The price..I spent about $23 for our dish including drinks so for me that is very reasonable.
It’s a small restaurant, appeared clean, not very busy but we did arrive right after the lunch hours. Staff was friendly, the lady at the register threw in the side of potato salad because she saw our struggle on trying to decide on only 2 sides!
Anytime we return, this is our new favorite bbq joint!

Bbq sandwiches and sides just ok. Inside of restaurant smelled heavily of frying oil so took our food togo. Seemed like several staff in this small shop but all seemed distracted and as the only customers we felt like we were in the way. One young gal working front counter was courteous.

I went to Heuys for the first time yesterday and ordered 5 sandwiches and a pint of Mac and cheese. They forgot a sandwich and I didn’t notice until I goth home, The sandwiches were super small thank God because they tasted horrible. No one finished any of the food bought. Over $65 down the toilet. Not the drain. The food didn’t sit well with anyone and we’ve all be stuck in the bathrooms. Entire weekend ruined and lots of money wasted.

Best BBQ to be had. Try the Husker Sandwich a combo of pulled pork and brisket. Small place, may be 10 tables. Worth the wait or go take out.

Great place to eat fresh food. I feel like the service could be a little better, but certainly is alright. Usually at least 1 drink on their soda machine is out but that’s tolerable. I love their chicken poppers but I feel like they changed them and they almost taste and feel like Gambinos wings now. Overall great place to sit and dine.

I have ordered carryout now a few different times. For me and my employees. Each time we order 2-4 full rack of ribs, and a few different sides. Each time we ordered we were never not satisfied. The meat was juicy and falling off the bone. Definitely will be coming back!

The service was good and the food might have been good. My brisket sandwich had some meat that was warm and some was cold, not the way you expect your food to come. My wife had sliced potatoes and brisket, the potatoes were hard due to not being cooked all the way. It was a little pricey for what we got. I don’t think we will be back.
