Hit or Miss! Chicken is not always fresh, can be tough at times! And they don’t read tickets, if you order no toast, 9/10 you’re going to get toast! Some meals come with two sides, select double fries you don’t get it! See in my pic, it says no toast but there they are in my order and the fries weren’t extra! Anywhose I don’t eat them enough, but just wanted to highlight some inconsistencies!!

This chicken tender spot is seriously impressive! From the moment I took my first bite, I could tell they’re using real, high-quality chicken tenders–not those dry, overly processed cuts you find at so many other places. You can really taste the difference when it’s done right, and they definitely nailed it here. I’ve been to the Sunrise location a number of times and quite frankly each time I went my experience just kept getting worse. But decided to give it one last try this past weekend for Super Bowl Sunday. On Saturday afternoon I pre-ordered a Family 4 Pack, which includes 8 tenders (hand-breaded or grilled), 20 tender bites, 4 regular fries, 4 Texas Toasts, and 4 dips. I paid ahead online when I ordered for a pick up time of 5:30pm on Sunday. I arrived around 5:35pm, expecting my order to be ready. When the girl behind the counter greeted me, I informed her I was there to pick up an order I placed online yesterday (Saturday) and it would be ready by 5:30pm. After I showed her my confirmation info she said they were getting the order ready now at 5:45pm. Really?! Then what’s the purpose of ordering online one day ahead with a pick up time stamp when the food is not even done when you arrive to pick it up?!!? You call this good customer service?! When I finally received my order, at 6pm, I just took it and prayed that it would be correct because I did not check it while I was there. When I got home, I was disappointed, but not surprised to see that the order was messed up. They gave me chips instead of fries and 7 tenders, instead of the 8 I paid for. Never going back again to Huey Magoo’s, never!

I recently visited your location and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the meal.
The tender I ordered had no seasoning and was dried out, hard, and old.
The bread tasted like old grease, and the plate was extremely greasy.
The fries were mediocre and seemed poorly prepared.
Additionally, my meal did not come with a drink, which I found surprising.
Overall, the quality of the food and the meal presentation was unacceptable. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your offerings.

Staff needs to work on their customer service. They look at you with a frown as if I’m bothering them for making them work. The lady that took my order was slouching/leaning on the counter with her hands in the pockets. When I didn’t enter a tip, she canceled the payment and had me try it again as if I was going to give a tip the second time. Tips are for services rendered, not for doing your job and taking my order. Otherwise I love coming here for the food!!!!

The best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I’m a 46 year old American male who travels for work. So you can imagine the amount of restaurants I’ve been to in my lifetime. This place had the absolute best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Not a question as to this being the best. Everyone is so friendly and kind and the whole staff really seems like they care about your experience. The guys working the counter were awesome. Very polite and energetic about their job and they took pride in their establishment. Everyone should get a raise, high five and pay on the back.

Add me to the list of customers who think the food is good but the attitude and the service of the employees is a total FAILURE. Not going back. Caines right up the street. 100% of the time Huey take out orders are NOT ready when promised. 100% of the time bad attitude and rude staff. Clearly no management.

I’ve visited the location in Tamarac and I was blown away. I must say that the many flavors and other options you have are amazing. So far, the two times I visited I was totally impressed and well pleased. This business is definitely on a much higher level than chic fil’ a and raising cane in my opinion. Also the watermelon tea along with the lemon pepper strips were EVERYTHING. Its a must try if you haven’t.
