I’ve been here multiple times and have not been impressed with the quality of service compared to other locations however never did i feel as if i needed to leave a negative review until now. I just went tonight and while waiting for my food got sweet tea. I noticed the sweet tea tasted off and sour then i poured it out. curiously i looked inside the container they have to dispense the sweet tea and found it had a BUNCH OF MOLD!! I looked inside all the other containers and found the unsweetened tea not bad but the sweet watermelon absolutely covered in mold. i told the manager and all she said was “im sorry ill go change it out” On top of this my order was incorrect which is something i can normally look past however it was the cherry on top that really pushed me to leave a negative review.

The taste is really good…not the best I’ve had, but not bad at all, however 2 of my 7 tenders are literally bite-size. I thought one tender had broken into 2 pieces, but that would have meant they shorted me a render… considering this meal was being shared by 2 people so it makes a difference. What a disappointment going to Huey, Magoo’s today. After seeing a story on the place on good morning Orlando, I figured I would try the chicken tenders. Boy oh boy, what a disappointment first of all there are no prices on the menu. How is one supposed to choose if you are on a limited budget? Secondly the table I sat at was sticky. I finally was given my food. It was mediocre at best. I had to get a drink separately. I asked for the cup went to get the drink dispenser and the lemonades were mixed up. They were both horrible. I then had to use the restroom. No toilet paper or paper towels to be seen in the restroom. My biggest concern is how are workers washing, enjoying their hands? Asked one of the guys for some supplies for the bathroom. While I was waiting, it came to my attention that there was no cutlery available. In the dispensers, very disorganized, service was spotty, place was not clean. Will never go back again very disappointing.

Went there a few days ago and I got to say the experience was awesome. My fries and tendies were super fresh and super tender. The guy take long my order I think his name was Kyle was super awesome and in my opinion sets an example of how customer service should be handled 10 out of 10.

Worst chicken restaurant I have ever been to. I have given them so many chances to prove me wrong but every time they fail. Slowest, least professional and most ridiculous rule “we don’t offer water cups, but you can buy a bottle”. Store is always a mess. Always out of something like drinks or ketchup or utensils. Last time I sat outside and they just forgot about me. Man told me I left. Waited 50 minutes for some tenders on my hour lunch break. Watched 5+ people get their food first. Ridiculous never again! Don’t try this spot

Tried the Huey today first time. The chicken tenders are very good. Definitely a good cut off chicken. Very soft inside crunch outside. The chips were cooked well with a good seasoning. Ranch and magoo sauce was also great. Recommended

I order Huey Magoo in Auburndale, FL through Uber eats. For some reason Uber eats had my location flagged in Ormond beach. I order it from Auburndale. I didn’t know the address. I hit the reorder pop up. I assumed I had the right address. So why would I be looking at a different location. I never ordered from to be able to reorder. As soon as the order was placed. I saw the icon on their map showing the location. Literally within 10 seconds of placing the order. I called the store to let them know. I had the wrong location and not make the order. I tried twice and both times went to non set up voicemail. I then canceled the order via Uber eats. All within 1min12sec. Then tried calling the store 2 more times. Still the same result I then called Uber CSR. I spoke to the Uber agent which repeatedly told me since hueys accepted the order and was making it. There was still a charge. I explained the timing and asked to have the situation escalated. At which the Uber rep told me the supervisor would say the same thing. She offered to call the store to see if they would honor a refund. She had the same result with the phone call. I then reasked for the call to be escalated.
This was an oversight, which I believe are on each of us. It still makes no sense. Why it had me set in that location. This was a situation of UBER, Hueys and myself. Shame on ME for not checking the location upon checkout. However, Uber is pretty good about knowing your device location. I have had prompts in past. Stating that it’s pretty far from you. Then come on, HUEYS! My first call was within 10 seconds of placing the order. Knowing the finger pointing between uber and their affiliates, when trying to correct an issue. I called the store immediately to advise not to make it. I understand policy. My situation didn’t fall under the “policy” per say. I have my call logs, reciept times etc. Also if this store location is on auto accept. The policy bring referred to. Does not seem as it could be followed. It’s only $13.99 so it’s not a break the bank situation. This is not right.

First order was missing items, went back with food which was now cold. Second order which they remade & the second order was more wrong. Did not get what I paid for. A waste of almost 40.00. My first & last time going there, the food was horrible the service was ignorant. The phone doesn’t work at a business. Ignorance did not know the corporate phone number. Very very sad state of what they are calling a restaurant & please stop wasting bread & calling it Texas toast. Toast of any kind has at least butter on it. The food again was horrible & the service was much less than stellar. Actually I want a refund & will find the corporate phone number

The food and service at the Ormond Beach location was great. We went there tonight and walking in felt like entering a freezer. The young lady working the counter had on gloves and a sweater. Apparently the HVAC system needs adjusting. Hope the owner realizes losing money, we didn’t stay it was so cold.
