The chick was juicy, crispy, and was served very quickly. However, it wasn’t anything super special. Sauce was good, but not great. The fries were great, amazing job on the seasoning. Didn’t need any condiments with it which is always a bonus. (Especially for those with allergies) The staff kept the tables clean, and they had a wide variety of chicken related options. Staff was polite, and friendly but didn’t go above and beyond necessarily. Over all a 4/5 experience.

The republic location has the sweetest people the best chicken tenders and is all around a great atmosphere! We are greeted with a smile everytime we walk in and rhe service is fast and done with a smile! I took my son there on his birthday and the lady behind the counter was the most awesome person ever! She gave him free treats and even a free drink then he wanted to buy his sister one and they gave it to him for free as well! Either way it goes they have the best customer service and tenders ever! I always enjoy going to this location! ❤️❤️❤️

I can’t give the atmosphere a true rating as I went through the drive through but from what I could see through the windows it appears nice inside. The young lady who took and delivered the order was efficient and very nice. It didn’t take long to receive the food. Now, for the food. Chicken strips had great flavor but the strips aren’t very big. The fries were overly seasoned and too salty for my preference. I thought the banana pudding was very good…my husband said “it’s not your recipe!” The cranberry pomegranate lemonade on special for December is delicious.

This place is by far the best chicken in the springfield/republic area! Everything was very fresh, the place was clean and everyone was very friendly! I would recommend the establishment at the brookline location to everyone! The chips are great as well! Ooh, also the red chili saw sauce was awesome! Definitely give it a try!

Have been a few times. First time was good. Second time employees were very rude when I arrived 12 minutes early for an online order. It took the entire 2 minutes of them just telling me they didn’t have my order until, I assume, a manger came on the speaker to say they don’t get it until 10mins before pick up and it was printing now. Instead they made me think I was crazy and didn’t place an order. I assumed it was like most places and they check you in when you arrive.

No big deal but ordered again tonight and had a WAD OF BLACK TANGLED HAIR stuck on my toast. Gross. Threw everything out and wont be back anymore.

Finally open today!!!

It did not disappoint. Got the 8-Piece Meal For Two for my son and I. Hand-breaded tenders. They were perfect. Tender and juicy. Delicious. Fries were actually good. Crinkle cut, which aren’t my favorite, but they tasted pretty good.

Really like the Huey Magoo’s sauce. Even better, though, is that there’s a spicy recipe for it, too!

Will be back.

Tldr: Great food, but probably the worst service ive ever had.

This is the first review ive ever had to write. Im sorry its so long but its been quite the ride, if you’re gonna read it buckle up.

I’ve gone to this location about 5 times now and all except 1 they have messed up the order in some way. This itself isn’t the issue as I dont mind minor mistakes, its the fact that for each of these I usually have to stand by the counter for up to 10 minutes to get it resolved. This last occurrence pushed me over the edge however, they mixed up my daughter’s meal with a more expensive one she didn’t want, at first I just wanted it fixed. After standing at the counter for the mandatory 10 minutes and making eye contact with multiple employees and the manager someone finally offered to help. I was surprised when they said theyd fix it and refund the entire ticket, I even offered to just pay the difference, but they said it was alright and not to worry about it. This definitely defused the frustration that boiled up from waiting. This was short lived however since shortly after they brought out the fixed meal, the manager came out with a new receipt and asked me to pay the new cost. I want to be clear, I think comp-ing the entire ticket (3 meals) was too much for the mistake, as nice as it was. However, to have one of the employees offer that just for the manager to take it back left a real sour taste in my mouth. Instead I got moderate apology for the mistake and told that she knows it was the employees fault in a tone that made me happy I dont work there. The food is as good as the springfield location but if youre sensitive to these kind of situations I would say maybe just hit up the springfield one or even Chick-fil-A up the road. If the Republic Huey Magoos is reading this, you guys should really consider reaching out to corporate or a consultant that can help resolve some of the management issues at that location. I dont fully blame you all for these repeated problems I genuinely feel the Owner or whoever at the top, didn’t set you guys up for success, with proper training and proper guidelines.

P.S. I hope the employee doesn’t get in trouble, I think they were correct to try and resolve the issue and make me feel respected. By doing something like this, but smaller of course like comp-ing the $6 kids meal, you can go from loosing a customer to potentially gaining more trust with a continued customer. This circles back to what I mentioned above about guidelines, which should inform employees on how to resolve conflicts like this. I wish you all the best, maybe ill try the place again in the future if I hear things have turned around.

Nothing like your first grab and go order where you order a full family meal, get on the road and having half of it. $45 for 9 tenders is a heck of a racket. Not a top 3 fast food chicken restaurant….

Super unhappy. Got my son all excited to try this new chicken tender place, he had flag football and we drove 20 minutes to go here. We pull up at 7:27 pm.. they are closed. Google said they were open until 9 and the door says they are open until 9. But yet we drive out of our way and they are closed. No sign on the door, no sign on drive thru. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed in this new restaurant, I realize it was the first night that they were open. But the chicken tenders were soggy and no flavor at all, French fries were limp and cold. May give it another try down the road.
