Huey Lucy’s in Acworth has gone down hill and fast. We had a party of 12 (4 kids) and we asked to put a small table with a large booth & were told NO by the manager, it is a fire hazard. How? There would be more room to maneuver around! The way we were seated, servers and other people were hitting the back of my wife’s chair going by. 3 ladies order their famous sangria swirls and got some kind of watered down mess (see pictures for what they have looked like). Service was good by our server but waits were crazy long. Then the place was filthy and the dust on everything was just gross (see pictures). We will go to the Hiram location as their food, drinks and service is much better. At least it was…….

Last minute date with my husband since we’re new to the neighborhood. Had a little difficulty finding the main entrance (walked up the steps). Forgive us around 10 PM. 🙂 Our server was wonderful. Our cocktails and entrees were excellent choices. Gave 4 stars because when we went upstairs, no one really acknowledged us as we walked around freely lost. Overall, good experience. Brett is amazing!!! He needs to be your server!! His energy towards you is wonderful. He took care of everything for us. He answered our questions about the food… have us his recommendations… all appreciated and delicious!! The food was AMAZING!! The queso dip was of the chain. It has some kick but it was so good. The blackberry margarita… is a MUST HAVE! So refreshing and good! We got nachos…ot came with a side of queso… you can’t go wrong. We will be back!

I went with a group of about 9 of us at 3:30pm Sunday. It took a while to get seated, but the hostess was apologetic about it. Overall I think everyone enjoyed the food, I had nachos and they were tasty and what I really liked is they brought out a little cup of cheese for me to pour on my nachos. Nice touch. Overall, solid 8 out of 10. For 9 people we were in and out in 90 mins.

Had a wonderful experience on Saturday for lunch. Try the fajitas with grilled pineapple for an off-menu delight. Maddie attended to all of our needs and was such a great server. I think we found a new favorite hangout.

Went to Huey Luey’s in Acworth, GA and Maddie was our server. She was the absolute best. Also, very attentive as she checked in on my wife and I many times throughout our meal. Great service and great food. Definitely will be coming back soon!

Great service and great food. I tried the honey chipotle salmon and really enjoyed it. My husband had the chorizo stuffed chicken breast and has been wanting to go back and have it again because it was so good. I got the macaroni and cheese as one of my sides and it was great. Imagine queso cheese dip poured over noodles!! I don’t know of that’s what they do but that’s what it tasted like! Very tasty! We will definitely be back. They have some Taco Tuesday deals I’d like to try!
