Hudsons has been a family staple for many years. My first time eating there I was 13. Now I go and take my family as often as we can. The restaurant is always inviting, it’s clean, and the food and service are ALWAYS WONDERFUL. Everyone who likes Barbecue should try hudsons in Douglasville, GA. My photos are of fried green beans, hickory fry, and a suicide dog. All of which tasted amazing.

Very good food and great service. Pork ribs are real good. I would recommend any of their dishes but especially the pork plate.

Yet another good experience at Hudson’s. Tried the barbeque grilled cheese sandwich and it was even better than the picture! Tasted better than expected also. Always get the hickory fries and a suicide dog too just because. Good service and still busy at 2pm on a Friday.

Excellent mustard vinegar based Q in a legendary Hole in the Wall. Large portions for the $. Pork sandwich melts in your mouth but has just enough crunchy bark. Service always friendly. Used to be a regular when I worked in the area 35 years ago. The Hudson boys were always present. Some have passed away, but their great Q hasn’t changed. Don’t pass by without stopping for a bite.

Needing food quickly on date night, we stopped here to grab a bite to eat. We ordered Hickory Fries with Beef for an appetizer. I ordered the Pork Plate. My wife ordered Super Salad with Smoked Chicken. Everything came out quickly and the plates were overflowing. Great flavor on the Barbecue. We will definitely return in the future. This location is highly recommended!

Passed by while visiting family AMAZING!!!! I had the burger and fries and the husband had the chili cheese dog with the chili cheese fries. Both had Sweet Tea 🙂 I can just say homemade goodness overall on everything! This place was busy and fast paced & our waiter never missed a beat – he was aweome all around! We were full and happy when we left. Definitely will be going back again!
