Stopped in this restaurant the other day while doing some work in Crawford county. I asked several locals for a good place to eat and this place was highly recommended. This place is loaded with some awesome wildlife mounts. The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing and would definitely recommended this place for a good meal.

Classic Barbecue restaurant with fish and deer on the walls. It feels like a mom and pop restaurant and what’s better is it taste like one to. The serving sizes are very fair and the service was outstanding. There are not many food choices in Roberta, but this place is run well enough that you’d think it was surrounded by competitors. I will certainly be going back soon.

The service is great you can’t ask for no better service the place is nice and clean you can’t ask for more BUT, I could not find the smoke barbecue taste in the barbecue ribs or brisket, the smoke is what makes a barbecue meat a barbecue. To me anyways

1st time dinning here , bbq was ok sides was ok i didnt like the brisket the 1/2 chic was good no one ate the peach cobbler so maybe i got a bad batch ? Seeing how its suppose to be so wonderful will try again

I highly recommend this place. I’m working in Crawford county and really had to use the restroom from all the water I’ve had today and I stumbled upon this place. I went in to use the bathroom and ended up eating because it smelt so good. The food was really good. They have a pretty good sized menu for a small town bbq place. I had a classic BBQ sandwich, Brunswick stew, and sweet tea. It was all very delicious. There are mounted animals all across the restaurant with some really cool mount styles. It was a pleasant experience throughout. I would have taken a picture of my food, but I ate it all before I thought about it.

Locally owned and operated restaurant. I don’t live near Roberta but I do work in the town some. The staff is always very friendly. The food is always great especially the fried chicken and the peach cobbler is so worth the drive. I always look forward to going to Hudson’s. Thank you for all you do for the community and what you do to keep everyone safe during this pandemic.

Not only do we love their food, but we also love that it is somewhere we can count on to get exceptional customer service. Hudson’s employees are kind, attentive, and quick to get you what you need. I love Hudson’s and the sweet family that owns it!
They treat their employees like family. I am so impressed at the steps they have taken during the pandemic to continue to keep their employees safe.
Their food options are plentiful, but know that you can never go wrong with a bbq sandwich, 1/2 pint of stew, and a glass of sweet tea! So good!

First off it is clean, staff is awesome! Potato salad 5 stars, pulled pork 2 stars, way too much vinegar and I love a vinegar sauce. 1/2 chicken 4 stars, it was a tad dry and after you get past the skin (skin had great flavor) it was just chicken. Peach Pie,10 stars, now that we would go back for! We eat tons of BBQ every where we go and this was a let down for us.
