I’ve ordered from here in the past, but we took the time to sit down and dine-in today.
We ordered the King Spider roll, the combo 3 classic rolls for $23-some change, 2 yuzu teas and tried the Hudson roll.
Everything was made fresh, the food was great(nothing leftover!) and service was great as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and happy we decided to dine-in 🙂

Really enjoyed our dine-in experience at Hudson Sushi. We ordered two Salmon Poke Bowls, the Rock & Roll Shrimp Tempura, iced lemon tea, and a Ramune Japanese drink. The poke bowls were fresh, flavorful, and very well balanced with generous portions of salmon, avocado, and other toppings. Everything tasted high quality.
The shrimp tempura was crispy, hot, and perfect as an appetizer to share. Drinks were refreshing and came out quickly. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food didn’t take long at all. The place is clean and comfortable, making it a nice spot to sit down and enjoy a relaxed meal.
Overall, great food and good service. Definitely a place I’d come back to and recommend.

Hudson Sushi is such a gem in the neighborhood. It’s hard to find places that combine really good sushi with genuinely friendly service, but they do both so well. The fish is always fresh, the rolls are beautifully prepared, and everything tastes clean and high quality.

This place is sooo good!!!! I’ve been coming here for years and it has never disappointed us. Jasmine took great care of us tonight, and the staff overall are always great to us. They also have the option to order from next door Italian restaurant if someone is craving something different and the waiters will bring it all ready for the table with no problem. Hudson sushi forever will remain an all time favorite.

Great service and great food! So surprised it’s not busy because it’s so good. Very flavorful and variety rolls. We sat and were immediately helped. The waitress was very patient with me and explained a lot on the menu because I’m fairly new to sushi but my girlfriend loves this spot! We started with kani salad and miso soup. Love a good miso soup. Hot and relaxing in the winter weather. The kani salad was flavorful. My first time trying it. For our meals I had the 3 classic sushi rolls with the miso soup. I love that they had different options if you didn’t want to stick to just one type. They have some with 10 qty where you can select any classic rolls and salmon lovers, tuna lover, etc where you can pick any of those type of rolls. My girlfriend had the Loco Tiger which was spicy crab, shrimp tempura, wrapped in kombu moro with chipotle sauce. It was delicious! She finished it all. I tried some and really liked the shrimp tempura inside. They have good sauces too, like the sweet chili and spicy mayo. I was full so quick! Wish I could’ve had more space to keep going. Def check this spot out if you need a sushi fix.

Ordered for dine in, the service was pleasant and the atmosphere was welcoming. Ordered OMG Roll, Chicken Teriyaki Roll, and Pork Gyoza. Food was prepared within 15 minutes, order after order. Food tasted amazing, so many different flavors.
