Overall had a nice experience dining here. They did get our orders wrong. I had asked for no pickled onions in my tacos, but they added them. Not a big deal since I just took them out. The wings, however, were AMAZING. I’d definitely recommend those! The sangria was also really good and worth trying.

Very delicious food! I ordered the Linguine al Frutti di Mare, Lobster Arrabiata, and a few other dishes. I’ve also had other items in the past, which were all amazing, though I don’t remember which ones. The vibe is dark yet vibrant and comforting. I highly recommend!

I normally don’t leave reviews but after the experience I had here, I felt compelled to. This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had!
I recently went here to get dinner with my friend, who was visiting. I ended up ordering the Truffle Mac & Cheese, Steak Frites (medium rare), and a Margarita. The Mac & Cheese came out promptly and was great. The Margarita came promptly after and it was a bit too strong for my taste. But my steak was nowhere to be found.
We waited for an hour and a half for our medium rare steak, and our server was nowhere to be seen the entire time. While we were waiting, we had to hail the hostess at the front to check on the status of our order, and there were a few times that we had to call a busboy. I was practically starving and craving this meal while the appetizer and drink were long gone!
Eventually they brought my “medium rare NY Strip” and I was honestly disgusted at what I had been served. The steak was GREY all over! No sear whatsoever! It looked as if it had been boiled. Yuck! And on top of that, you could still see pink from the surface of the meat, and it was impossible to cut through. Unbelievable! I could hardly believe the steak even touched a pan. I was so mad that I had waited patiently for an HOUR AND A HALF for a steak of this quality!
I immediately tried to call the attention of a waiter to take it back, but again, my waiter was nowhere to be found. My friend and I were trying to hail the waiter for another 35 minutes! When he finally came by (after alerting a busboy), I was so fed up that I asked for my plate to be sent back and for the check. Which, mind you, they almost OVERCHARGED me for a drink that I NEVER ORDERED! I was just about to tap my card before my friend called it out and they corrected the bill. We ended up going to Blackstones down the street to finish our dinner with a PROPERLY COOKED steak. After wasting 2.5 hours at Hudson Social, we walked away only having ate half of a Mac & Cheese (I split with my friend) and drinking one very mid Margarita.
This was my first experience at Hudson Social, and likely my last. I have never in my life had an experience like this at a restaurant. It is clear to me now that this establishment operates more like a bar than anything. Lesson learned. I would not recommend this place for a sit down meal. Save your time and go elsewhere.

We always have a great time and great food. I would recommend NOT going during happy hour if you are a couple or not a man, you WILL get ignored by the female bartenders. We had to ask for silverware, plates, water and to even pay our bill. It took forever. One woman left without paying!

Had a very good meal here yesterday during brunch. We talked more than we ate but each item we had was delicious–broccoli cheddar soup, a grilled chicken sandwich, and fries. The cranberry juice was even quite good, especially with the juice from the orange garnish squeezed in. Waiter was mostly inattentive even before it got busy but when the waiting staff was present they were quite courteous and helpful. I look forward to returning.

Came in on Friday night for a sit down dinner with my family. There was no hostess so we waited at the bar until a server sat us. Worst bar I have ever been to. Neither bartender had any idea what they were doing, the one with the tattoos went as far as to ask my boyfriend and I what a mojito was when we ordered. We also overheard the groups next to us complaining about how rude the second bartender was, and she was busy relentlessly flirting with the male customers, so we moved on. Upon being seated, our server seemed equally as confused about the menu just to find out she was only 16 years old. Weird. We asked the other waitress to take over for us and she was very, very nice, made good drinks for us and the food ended up being good despite taking a long time. If you’re going for dinner, ask for someone who’s not 16, if you’re going for the bar, turn around and leave. During the holidays the bartenders were amazing, not sure what happened with the place.

Horrible place, even worse management. I had came in on a Saturday night for dinner with friends at the bar. Food and drinks were good & affordable. Both bartenders were lovely except for the older one, who smelled awfully like cigarettes and was far from kind to us. After coming in many times before we had heard plenty of things about the manager, Miguel and to our surprise overheard his conversation with the bartenders which was beyond unprofessional and rude, not much of a surprise why the staff behind the bar (Bartenders) working are never there for long. It’s a shame to see that the place is not what it used to be anymore. I wish this place the best.

Truly and amazing experience. Our waiter pretty boy Dave was a godsend. He provided great service and was always willing to help. He was informative, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The food tasted great and the Long Island ice tea was perfect.
