Consistently the best loaded cheese steak. This time I also got the loaded buffalo chicken fries and they’re delicious. Consistently great food and good value: this is how you create raving fans.

I got the 3 meat plate and my bf got the burger with pulled pork on it. The 3 meat plate was NOT holding up to their standards and the pulled pork was dry, ribs were tiny and old and overcooked(my bf bit into one and you could hear the skin crackling) and I had to get a second portion of the ribs since they were out of brisket ( you only get two ribs ) Their Mac and cheese was OK but I expected it to be better!! That plate was not worth $30!!!. The burger was alright for the fill but the taste wasn’t there, pulled pork wasn’t pulled it was smashed barely any sauce on it. Only good thing was really the Brussel sprouts but our stomachs did start hurting afterwards.

SO GOOD!!!! puts the McDonald’s snack wraps and 5 guys burgers to shame! The “sliders” are regular sized sandwiches that are so yummy and the jalepino bacon macaroni salad is the perfect ratio of pasta to mayo while still being able to taste the flavors of the bacon and veggies. Always a pleasant experience and such a bang for your buck. Love this place. The trays of BBQ would be perfect for Sunday football

Where’s The Beef? it’s in Hudson NH!! I had my mind set on a steak n Cheese, but when I saw a roast beef sandwich sitting on the counter behind the register, I knew I had to have one. Mayo, sauce and cheese, it was fantastic! For you locals, you remember Pano’s it was the best around, but since their closure nothing has come close to their quality. Hudson Smoke Shack is the answer I’m convinced. The staff was friendly and every menu item looked and sounded amazing. I will defiantly be back asap, still trying out that steak n cheese.

I called them about 25 minutes from their closing time, they were kind enough to wait for me although I arrived 3 minutes before they closed. Good was nice and hot! Amazing customer service!

Had a brisket sandwich and slaw.
Damn that was good! Tender without being too mushy and nice crust. Slaw had some bite!
Friendly staff.
Easy to miss drove right past. Look for big red barn that is the nursery next door.

Celebrated national cheeseburger day at the rollin’ grille and had the smokehouse smash. Perfectly grilled bun, a nice stack of cheesy juicy smash burgers, perfectly cooked fresh and flavorful pulled pork, crispy onion rings, one of the best smash burgers I’ve ever had. I highly recommend popping by, there’s so many other great options on the menu as well. I need to try everything! The service was also quick and friendly.

Some of the best food truck ever! The loaded buff chicken fries are just sooo good and filling. And if you ever get a chance have to try their roast beef sandwich with the works. Follow them on FB and be on the look out. The whole staff is amazing and the owner is a gem of a guy!
