Great little cafe. Nice and lively with customers and staff. Good coffee. Had a breakfast sandwich with ham and avocado and it was ok – but not great. Had almost no flavour. Needed salt and pepper or something. They could add a standard BLT with egg and good ham to the menu. I think that’s what might drive more sales for them. I’ll be back for sure.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is just right, people, dogs and who knows what else come in. The coffee is always hot and tasty. The food, unique and tasty. Healthy portions and clearly using premium products as the flavors say it all. Don’t put this visit off, get there and enjoy every minute of it.

Good place for breakfast. Not a lot of seating. Seems like they have a lot of regulars or the staff is just really good at remembering people. They give flower shaped cards and gel pens for kids to draw on. Gravalax was pretty tasty.

This is an adorable bakery and cafe that has incredible lattes! They offer oat, almond, soy and pistachio (!!) milk, and the lattes are perfectly balanced between sweet and flavorful. My partner really enjoyed the pastries as well.

The two stars are strictly for the food.

The café space itself is beautiful—spacious, relaxing, and well-designed.

I live in NYC and have been to countless coffee shops. I ordered a pistachio milk cold brew and a slice of the chef’s special banana bread. I was really looking forward to the banana bread (you can almost never go wrong with it), but this was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. Extremely dry—my very first homemade attempt years ago was better than this.

What made it worse was the price: $16.50 for just a coffee and a slice of dry bread. For comparison, I had a full-size, freshly made pizza at a sit-down restaurant for $17.

The atmosphere is lovely, but the value and quality of the food are a complete letdown.

Hudson Roastery was BUSY today, but that is no surprise. You know it’s a great roasters when you can watch them roast on a Sunday morning.

We ordered a couple of Caramel Apple Butter lattes and they were fantastic. Really nailed the Apple Butter flavor, but did not take away from their coffee. For food, we had the Pullman Egg Sandwiches, would highly recommend (the lemon zest was a pleasant surprise).

There is plenty of comfy seating and the inside is fantastic. Will be back!

We brunched at Hudson Roastery twice on our winter getaway weekend to the Valley. In a word: it’s a gem!

The shop offers everything you want or need: comfy seating, warm environs, genuinely friendly and attentive service, delicious from-scratch foods and beverages, and good prices. The trays of homemade baked goods coming straight out of the kitchen looked and smelled wonderful, too.

Hudson Roastery is really good at what it does. I highly recommend it!

My coworkers and I were very much looking forward to trying out this coffee shop being that we were in the area and had some time to kill before our next client meeting. Being that we were not from the area we ended up getting there right at the start of our meeting and did not unfortunately have time to order until after. There were three of us in a group and we decided to sit at the bar to avoid taking up any unnecessary space. Upon entering there were no menus or anything on the bar so we were not aware where we should place our orders. Mid being in the meeting a woman had walked over and asked if you were ready to order unfortunately since we had not received a menu nor had we been to this coffee shop before we were unaware of the items available on their menu. She then took that information to another woman whose name is Simone which we were later told by another staff member working there and were informed that she was the manager. When she walked over she once more asked if we were ready to order mind you we had still not received any menus and were now mid meeting. My coworker politely informed her we were not ready at this time as we were mid meeting. She explained to my coworker that the area was only for paying customers when we mentioned that we were not ready to order at that very moment. As I do understand that if you enter a coffee shop, you need to place an order I find it extremely rude how we were treated and instead of her saying do you need a little more time or do you have any questions about the menu? Her immediate assumption was that we were not going to place an order and we’re there to just have a meeting which was not the case. Once we were able to move to a table and I had to ask another gentleman working there for a menu. We decided what we wanted, and I went to the front to order it. The lady that rang me up was very polite and then when I requested my receipt multiple times, she was disturbed by her conversation with Simone regarding something on her laptop I presume, so I had to stand there and wait for my receipt to be handed to me. Overall I will not be going back to this place due to the way my coworkers and I were treated even though it had a cute atmosphere and overall a decent menu from what I was able to see.
