This place never fails! I eat here all the time whether it’s myself or with my family. Waiters are very very good! All know the menu without hesitation etc! The steaks are always cooked to perfection and I’ve never had an issue with anything! The burgers are great as well! service is great and ask for Alex! He knows the whole menu, treats your table excellent and makes the dinner worth it.

A friend who’s a regular at Hudson Prime Steakhouse recommended I check it out, and now I completely understand why. The food was great, and the atmosphere felt welcoming and fun. We sat at the bar and Alex made the night even better. He was friendly, easygoing, and made us feel comfortable right away. He also made an amazing espresso martini that was definitely a highlight. It was a great first visit, and we’ll absolutely be back.

The restaurant was easy to find. But there was no parking lot and street parking was difficult. There were no curb cuts in the front of the restaurant for the disabled once inside the dining room was quite tight.
The waiter was quite friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food came out plated beautifully. However, the taste was very bland and my food was cold after waiting for nearly 45 minutes for it to come out. We then ordered dessert and that took forever to come out as well.

While everything was nearly flawless, the steak was the one small miss of the evening. It was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately lacked the depth of seasoning we had hoped for. Still, it didn’t detract much from an otherwise exceptional meal.

Beautiful steak & atmosphere! The rigatoni was also to die for! The steak cooked to perfection with fantastic sides. Alex was one of the most fantastic waitstaff I have ever had. Attention to detail, knew the menu and, made our meal extra special for my fiance birthday.

Hudson Prime Steakhouse is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Westchester. We shared the 32oz Tomahawk steak, cooked perfectly medium rare, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
To start, the crispy calamari was light and well seasoned. Our sides, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts — were rich, buttery, and balanced. I had the El Camino cocktail (Blanco tequila, Aperol, lemon, thyme simple syrup, and pomegranate juice), and my date had the Sunflower, both were crafted with care and flavor.
But the highlight? Their espresso martini. It’s layered in four colors with a unique coconut twist, easily the best I’ve ever had. We paired it with their cheesecake for dessert, and it wrapped up the night perfectly.

I went here for Valentine’s Day dinner and it was an absolute home run. The porterhouse was cooked to a PERFECT medium, which honestly so many steakhouses miss (you know the pain if you’ve ever gotten a medium well back when you ordered medium). The fries were legitimately the best I’ve ever had, and the dessert was decadent. What really stood out was the service though. Our waiter and the staff had impeccable timing, they knew exactly when to come over without ever hovering or interrupting. You could tell they actually pay attention. Already planning to come back for lunch. If you’re in Westchester and looking for a steakhouse, this is it.
