Stopped in on our way to Philly… DID NOT disappoint!! Burgers were FIRE – staff amazing – place got that Pinterest / IG type shii vibes, truffle fries were amazing. Fat boy burgers were bomb, (we had one beef one chicken- surprisingly the chicken one was better!! In our opinion and we’re beef people) bread was good.. drinks on point.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here mid December after hearing rave reviews from multiple people. I ordered the vermicelli salad with a beet and gogi berry latte. The salad was delightful with the flavors of lime and mint highlighting the dish. The latte was warm and beautiful, but I don’t know if I would order it again (I wanted to be adventurous). The ambiance was beyond spectacular and the service was phenomenal. I am looking forward to returning soon and trying other dishes and beverages.

We’ve been to Hudson Botanical more times than I can count, and every visit has been amazing. The food is out of this world, fresh, flavorful, and always surprising in the best way. We never know what to order because everything on the menu is just that good.
Brent and Maddy have built something really special. The space feels warm and welcoming, the staff are always friendly, and you can tell everyone there cares about what they’re doing. It’s the kind of place that just keeps pulling you back.
If you haven’t gone yet, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

This place is one of the staples for us when visiting Lancaster County! All of their food is so delicious and made in such a gourmet way! I love everything about the food! The lush plants are a nice addition to create a unique eating experience. This right here is what I order everytime and it is the bomb dot com!

We had the birria tacos and cheeseburgers, easily some of the best meals we have had in Lancaster county. We sat at the community table which was fabulous, quick service, good food, and you can choose where you sit.

We really enjoyed our brunch here. The food was fresh and tasteful, the juice and coffee options were plentiful, and the service was very fast and efficient. This will become my recommended breakfast/brunch spot when I’m in the area.

I’m surprised I haven’t heard more of this cafe because it was fantastic. When you get sat, you’re given a menu but go up front when you’re ready to order and given a number. They don’t really have servers. It’s a BYOB restaurant, but they have your typical coffee and tea for a cafe but also feature wellness drinks, including matcha. The passionfruit lemonade matcha was super good. The food is ultra colorful and made with super fresh ingredients. The pork benedict was excellent and pretty original. Highly recommended. But you honestly can’t go wrong with any meal. The breakfast and spring rolls were also a hit.

After a very long and emotional day traveling over 3 hours due to a death in our family, we stopped in for brunch with our little ones — who, understandably, had a lot of bottled-up energy. Instead of making us feel uncomfortable or stressed, the staff met us with nothing but kindness, patience, and grace.
They didn’t give us a hard time. They gave us prayers. They gave us compassion. And on top of that — the food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was fresh, delicious, and made with care.
In a moment when our family truly needed understanding, this restaurant showed up in the most beautiful way. The warmth from the staff meant more than they probably realize.
