The food wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what you’d expect from a restaurant at this price point. I ordered three starters, and all three came with the same pulled beef. It tasted fine, but I didn’t want the exact same flavor across different dishes. The steak was well seasoned, but it wasn’t cooked evenly. The Yemenite soup, however, was pretty good. The atmosphere was terrible people were constantly walking in and around since it’s located in a hotel. On top of that, the lighting felt more like a deli style seating area rather than anything fancy or dim. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but considering how expensive it is, I wouldn’t recommend it.

We recently hosted our office holiday party at this restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. Our table was set up next to a wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The food was very good overall, but the highlight for me was the complimentary warm pretzel roll served with olive tapenade and seasoned olive oil. That was delicious! Best bang for your buck is the warm apple cider and apple strudel duo! The strudel was enormous and can easily feed 3 people! However, what truly made the evening memorable were our two servers, Juan and Victor, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a Kosher dining option in Westchester County. Just note that it is located inside the Sleepy Hollow Hotel.

The restaurant is in the hotel. The hotel lobby is newly renovated and beautiful. The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with options to sit by the window or, in the winter, by the fireplace. It’s on the ground floor and easily accessible if you have mobility issues. The staff were supremely attentive at every point, checking in on us frequently. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. Even the bread they brought to the table was fresh and so tasty. The cocktails are delicious, tho we asked for virgin, which was no problem. There is parking, but if there is an event at the hotel, you may have to drive around the lot to find a spot

I had a wonderful experience at Bistro. The steaks were cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was attentive and professional. Everything from the appetizers to dessert felt thoughtfully prepared. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed dinner or a special night out. Highly recommend!

We reserved a “fireside” table, hoping to be able to enjoy a nice pleasant atmosphere, but when we showed up for our reservation we were greeted by a rude waiter who said that we couldn’t side at the fireside table we reserved because we had our 4 month old with us. Instead he sat us in the cold “dumping ground” next to the main seating area. We were never officially assigned a waiter, when we flagged someone down and said we were ready to order he said we would have to wait our turn to order as others were seated before us (even though the aforementioned guests weren’t ready to order yet). We finally placed our order, but while we were waiting the fire alarm went off. The waiter said it was a drill and told everyone it was ok, but the loud annoying alarm rang for nearly 10 minutes, eventually the fire department showed up ( clearly it was not a drill) and shut it off, when the fire alarm went off a second time 3 minutes later they were quicker to shut it off because the firemen were still down the block . Eventually they got everything off and the rest of the time we could hear each other talking. We waited for a good 20 minutes before any food came out though. Once the food did come it was fantastic, but our entrées took a long time to arrive as well. As I said before we were never assigned an official waiter and when I tried to flag one to ask for a drink menu he said he wasn’t assigned to our table so he couldn’t help us. He never sent someone to bring us a drink menu, I ended up having to get up a few times and go directly to the greeter desk to ask for multiple things such as drink and dessert menus and even to actually place our dessert orders as we sat for 10 minutes at our table waiting for someone to pass just to take our dessert order. Again the food was delicious, our steak was cooked very well to the medium we requested and even the chicken was well worth it. At the end we waited 10 minutes extra for our second dessert so we decided to take it to go because we were itching to leave the below par atmosphere. The waiter who checked us out was nice and inquired about experience, sending us off with a slightly more pleasant taste in our mouths. Again although the food was delicious probably would not reccomend as the experience felt more like a camp lunch room with good food. Hope this helps…..

Beautiful atmosphere, amazing food and great service. This kosher restaurant is really a hidden gem out here in Tarrytown. Was a bit of a wait but highly highly worth it.

Hidden gem! Was so unexpected and nice having a high quality kosher restaurant on site. The food was super fresh and delicious. The servers were really relaxed yet professional and very accommodating to us and our active children. Had dinner and breakfast there both days.
Special shout out to Victor and Juan at the bar. Had numerous cocktails( old fashion, spicy margarita, cosmo and frozen limonana) all awesome, especially when served up with a genuine smile. Will be back for sure. Thank you, again!

Nice to have a kosher restaurant in a hotel. Service is decent and food is solid. We had the sushi as well which was very good. The Mango Jalapeño Margarita was a highlight.

The ambiance was more like a deli style, not upscale,
The service was slow and looks like there was not enough waiter’s,
Food was mediocre if not below par.
