We arrived and waited 15 minutes to order our drinks, while 2 other tables that arrived after us received their drinks and ordered their food. After 20 more minutes without ordering, we left.

Our waitress Skylar was Great she was working as fast as possible but a lady ( I think the manager) in the back kept yelling at her and all the other waitresses and cook staff
very disruptive to everyone in the restaurant, and disrespectful to the staff. My husband told her that she didn’t have to be that loud and she was rude to him saying she just trying to get food out. honestly I felt bad for our waitress because she was doing a great job. But honestly she didn’t have to be so load and rude to everyone around .

The food is great! Will always go get a waffle from there!! The manager is great at her job she always makes sure to check on everyone and make sure they have what they need! Love the atmosphere!

.50 per egg surcharge, coffee more expensive than a coffee shop, and asked for water with coffee and was charged almost $1 for ice. Food was good. Service was what you would expect at this type of restaurant. Prices are ridiculous.

Suggestion: Employees should wear hairnets or hats, as recommended by the Health Department. At times, it feels like they’re more focused on a fashion show than on proper hygiene standards.
Following these basic guidelines would improve the quality of service and could even help increase customer trust and sales.

From out of town but here for work, we walked in this location hoping to eat only to be told “we are closed” I said online says y’all close at 10 she then says we close at 8 on Saturday. However we walked in at 6:42 pm on a Sunday. Then she says well y’all can come back tomorrow. I looked online again and sure enough hours show 6am-10pm sun-sat. Just put right wrong and lazy of the employees there.
