It’s been a few weeks since I stopped here for lunch and am just getting around to posting this review.
Was staying at the hotel behind the Huddle house and thought about walking to the MacDonalds I could see. But instead I noticed I was walking past the Huddle house and figured to give them a try.
On walking in I noticed several of the tables had not been cleaned, the floor was a bit dirty but the lady behind the counter greeted me with a smile. I sat at the counter and had the hamburger which was cooked right there on the grill. Not bad at all. Paid and left. Seems like they were understaffed but as I was leaving I noticed two more employees popped out of wherever.

I had to come back and delete my old 3 ⭐️ review… Huddle House is GREAT now, Ms. Denise showed up and showed out! Its much cleaner, friendlier, and out food was absolutely terrific! Great job Huddle House, your new management is really making this place great again.

I’m always happy to see Huddle House show up in my dining options. This one did not disappoint. I was greeted by Denise and immediately had my drink. The service and food were exceptional. Denise had recommended the MVP as one of their top sellers. So much food for such a reasonable price. I highly recommend!!!!

Visiting from Ireland and came here for the best breakfast. It had a great menu, lots of options. I had a great fry up and some waffles on the side! I can tell you I was sorted until dinner. I want to include the name of our server but it simply won’t come back to me. Lovely fella with a bright smile and warm personality. (If you’re reading this, I gave you a € for luck!). Great breakfast diner experience.

We always make it a point to stop at a Huddle House whenever we see one while traveling—it’s become a tradition for us. On this visit, we were pleasantly surprised to see Denise, and it absolutely made our day! Seeing her always makes us so happy; she’s warm, welcoming, and makes you feel right at home. Great food, familiar comfort, and friendly faces like Denise are exactly why we keep coming back. Huddle House never disappoints.

If the owner is reading this. You need to clean this place up as ne remodel and give everyone who works for you a raise. They are some of the best of the best staff I’ve witnessed. Prompt to the table and the cook took care of is in everyway, from taking out order, preparing our food and serving. The other servers all work hard for you. Get this place in order. I’ve been monitoring this place for a few years now. Get it done or get gone! These workers deserve to work at a place that has pride in its visual as well as the food. Jordan is the perfect cook and should be manager. I never saw the manager. Fix it! And pay your staff to help it get done! I’ve been doing this since 1981. I know what needs to be done. I will check in with you least expect. Good job to your staff for keeping this Huddle House going! Bar was closed. Not cool.

As far as breakfast in Natchitoches, this was the best we’ve had (and we’ve tried many place). The most pleasant surprise was our server Brooklyn. She was attentive without hovering and very accommodating. Brooklyn came across as a genuinely pleasant person and did her job well, all with a smile.

Stopped in for Sunday breakfast before getting on the road. The place was packed and they seemed to be shorthanded. I only saw one cook. The waitresses were doing the best they could taking care of their tables. They moved fast and checked in often to see if we needed anything. It took about an hour to get our food. My omelet was good. The only thing I didn’t care for was the cheese they used. The peach tea was the best I have had. The biscuit was delicious. The apple-smoked bacon was cooked just the way I liked it. Husband had the French toast with eggs and sausage. He said it was very good. The restaurant is small.
