The food was terrible. I asked for cheese on my eggs and to leave my grits plain. They put cheese on my grits and my eggs were plain. I asked for strawberries on my waffle and they were plain. Of course there is an up charge for all of this. Which I’m not happy to pay extra for a service that’s not done correctly. I used DoorDash. The food may be better in person, but I still wouldn’t ask for them to correct it. I would let them know after though.

This place is terrible. The bust person cleared the tables but didn’t wipe them down very good. The waitress took 10 minutes before she acknowledged us. Then didn’t listen to us. The food was cold. Disappointment because we where travelers not locals. They treated the locals.

This morning my boyfriend and I went to eat, I understand they were packed but it took over 15 minutes to get seated, took 20 minutes to get our menus and drink order, another 10 minutes to get our drinks. We ordered our food and it came back undercooked and doughy. We asked for a refill on our coffee and that never happened. I normally don’t write reviews but come on guys, you can’t have one server serving 10+ tables on a busy Saturday morning. Also, they were not clearing off tables to sit more people and it seemed like the waitress was on some kind of drugs, she was rude and not writing down orders so she was messing up everyone’s order, not just ours.

My fiancé and I were absolutely PLEASED with the service at this location. It very much so leaves the huddle house in pineville in the dust with its excellent staff service and efficiency of food/drink arrival time! We were seated as soon as we walked through the door, order taken and in no time our breakfast arrived. Very polite waitress, and delicious food. Definitely memorable! Will definitely come back for our next breakfast adventure! ☺️

Really can’t rate the food as we were definitely not welcome there for some reason and never got to order… Never offered drinks in the 15 minutes we were there. The service and staff were super unfriendly! The atmosphere was decent! I hope that whatever their situation was they are able to figure it out and learn a little customer service! Will never go there again!!We left and went across the street to IHOP

The food was excellent. The first time we ate there, the service was very good. The second time, the service was terrible. Our server never checked on us after bringing our food. I had to ask another server to get our check for us.

The food is good, like their old location in Pineville, LA. Their prices have gone up a bit, but still reasonable compared to other big chain breakfasts places (sounding like nenys and I hop around). Seems to be short staff, and I waited a while to get my order taken, and served. Not an issue or a problem, becauseall restaurants are sufferinh6of the same. It doesn’t feel like the old place, fuzzy-warm and family treatment style. Great to eat, just different. Yes I recommend.

Food was decent, but the staff here were horrible and. As we 1st get in and sit at a table it takes the waitress almost 20 minutes to get our order. Place wasn’t even busy at the time either. Had 1 cup of coffee the whole time I was there, for almost 2 hours I might add. The waitress took our order and had to come back and ask us orders 2 different times saying she couldn’t remember. Then we sat for about a hour for our food and she comes back saying the chef forgot to make our food and asked us for the order again. Waitress was too busy trying to count her cash tips then serving people. The whole crew needs fired!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Huddle House!!!
