I haven’t been disappointed at any Huddle House, however, the waitress I had wasn’t very attentive, unlike the other waitress whom I saw tending to her customers regularly. I was only tended to when I placed my order & when the food was brought to me. The portion size was fulfilling.

Stopped in for a late night dinner and they weren’t too busy. There were about 4 or 5 other tables seated before our party of 2. It took 5 minutes to get our drink orders and then another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Then another 15 to take our food order. That’s when things got really bad. The waitress kept telling everyone to be patient that she was the only waitress working. It took another 30+ minutes to get our food order and that was only after another customer told her that everyone’s food was getting cold waiting for her to bring it out. When we got our order my wife’s food was cold but mine was just coming out so it was hot. There were several other groups who walked out before getting their orders. Overall the food was good thanks to a good cook but the waitress was horrible.

We are here twice in one day! The food was great! Awesome portions! Great value! Great service! Jessica was our server and she made us feel welcomed! Everyone was so nice! Thank you Huddle House for treating us like family! We will definitely be back!

Waitress was not rude but was not friendly. Eggs and bacon was great, but the waffle, French toast and biscuit & gravy was lacking. Place was easy to find. Was easy to get on and off the interstate. Tried it but more than likely will not eat there again.

I will never eat at this Huddle House again. I have never been more disrespected or disregarded by that many waitresses in my 62 years on this Earth. It was plain to see the racial bias to whites, as the 99% black staff took care of the black customers, and after sitting there for thirty minutes, I finally had to ask for a cup coffee. Even then it was quite sometime before she returned. I placed my order and waited quite a long time, then checked to see if my steak was even in the grill. It was not. I told them I would just forget the meal and pay for the coffee. While I was paying another lady, ( the one who had finally took my order totally ignored me), she came over and loudly stated, ” if they don’t want to wait they can just cancel and get out!” Garauntee you that won’t ever fly with me. I don’t have anything against anyone for their color and I will not tolerate anyone obviously treating me with disregard and disrespect because of mine. I saw several other white guests leave after being ignored the same way. DISGRACEFUL !!!

Never have posted a bad review but thought this was needed . The food was good no complaints at all there ! But the service was terrible ! I admit it was on a Sunday morning and was busy . In an hour I saw 9 groups of people walk out because they didnt get waited on ! Not 9 people but groups all had 2 people and one had 6 people they had there drinks but never got there order taken . The tables were not clean of dishes , I saw patrons ask for there tables to be cleaned of dishes saw the waitresses just walk buy the tables empty handed and not take nothing of the tables ! My girlfriend an I sat our selves down to a dirty table and it took 15 minutes before they cleaned our table and took our drink order .No one ever spoke to us till they cleaned the table The reason I think we got waited on is we were right in front and every waitress had to walk buy . After a few minutes we got hour drinks an took our order got hour order 20 minutes later . Finally had to ask for our ticket to pay . I saw other patrons go to the register and ask for there ticket . This is the worst service I have ever had or have ever seen !!! I no this may not reflect every day but this day was bad . Don’t no if the manager was not there or if she didnt care . But it needs to be addressed !!! This happened on

We just left Huddle House on Hwy 51. We were waited on immediately and our food was ready super fast. Excellent customer service, very clean, and we will visit again. Our food was very good. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Never bothered with restaurants built into gas stations because I always expect even lower than sub par, but my god, this place is amazing. My brother brought home a burger from here and let me have a bite and I was surprised, so I stopped by to visit the next morning. Their menu items aren’t limited by time of day, as you can order just about anything on the menu, and let me tell you, the food is just perfect. I ordered their Bacon Mega Burger and Shrimp Basket and I fell in love. I’ve been coming here on a day to day basis right across from the hotel I’ve been staying at, just to start the day right with their food. The service is just as good as the food, as the lovely ladies here are always on top of everything and still have fun with their job, unlike the people at other places who look like their souls have been sucked out of them. Between New Orleans and this Restaurant, I’ll be missing the Restaurant more. Haha. So long Louisiana
