Atmosphere at the Danville. KY location was like a former Waffle House. I wish they had classic rock music like our former location in Russell Springs did.

Took my 6 year old daughter to breakfast this morning while the mom and older sister had plans. The waffles was pretty hard and the amount of butter that was put on them would had covered 5 or 6. I took 3 bites before I said ill pass and my daughter asked why they was so hard. The sausage patties wasn’t to to terrible, I ate one and my daughter took 1 bite.
Almost 30.00 for 3 waffles and a couple sausage patties I was shocked how expensive it was for very little food that was ordered.
I didn’t refuse to pay or make a scene. I just didn’t leave a tip because I believe the waitress could have done more.
And to top it all off it wasn’t even busy. There were more seats empty then there was occupied

Very disappointed in my most recent experience. The waitress got everything wrong starting with our drink order. When we received our food, the orders were wrong and we had to switch out our toppings to correct it. Our appetizer arrived after our food; once our meals were almost finished being eaten. The waitress didn’t seem to care much that she messed everything up, she was very nonchalant and did not apologize. I think it would’ve been fine if we had a different waitress; the other ladies seemed much more attentive to their customers.

I have breakfast at the huddle house all the time. The food is great. Jordan is my regular waitress & she is amazing!! The service she gives is top notch! I love their coffee as well.

I ordered a BLT sandwich meal and doordash delivered my meal to me and to open it to see that it was just BREAD and BACON, where’s the other ingredients? Who knows. So I had to contact dash support and let them know so instead of a credit I had them reorder and deliver me another meal and at least thankfully that was correct besides missing the mayo but at least I have that at home. This would make the second time ordering this week from the dash app I get my order wrong (two different resturants). Let’s just pay better attention. Like I could see if I ordered a BLT but BACON only, but who does that? I’m just glad my second order was right because it wouldn’t of been pretty to come in there with two wrong orders in hand. Do better, and pay attention. It’s never that busy in there to of missed several ingredients on my sandwich.

The manager had two people working on a holiday and wasn’t there to support them. The stress that puts on people is unacceptable, just close for the day.
Find a better leader for this location.

The two staff were great, working a full joint as quickly as they could. Our wait person was friendly and honest about the wait on food. And the food was good.

Came into the restaurant everyone was so friendly ! My server Alicia was absolutely the best. My food came out quickly and it was very delicious. Very friendly place to eat my breakfast ! We will be back.
