Food is always good but the service is horrendous! Second time in the last 2 months we’ve been here that we’ve had to wait at least an hour for our food. If you come here be prepared for a wait.

Today’s service was top-notch – really fantastic! The cook even came out to ask about our meal. Two waitresses, both in training, were just delightful. I was surprised and pleased with the food and the service.

Great cooks and waitresses. It’s clean and pleasant when I eat there. Can get a little “crunk” at night on the weekends sometimes with the young people. (They are just having fun.) Overall, it’s my favorite place to visit when I come to town.

Service was extremely slow. When we got the order, half of the topping weren’t on the burger. We had to wait a while again just to send it back. After they “fixed” it, they’d still forgot the onions, and the bacon was still cold, as in not even cooked.
Didn’t even eat two bites, asked for the check, there wasn’t even an offer of compensating for the service or screw ups.
The icing on the cake though: as I was signing the receipt, the “cook” let out an “Oh dude!”, turned around right at me we a smile and said “man, I forgot your onions.”

Very bad customer service, went in, placed order, waitress forgot my order and came back to ask my order again, then I waited another 20 minutes, and finally I decided to leave. Where I choose to spend my money is where I expect great service. I will not visit this location again.
