Okay. So normally this would have been a bad review. But after speaking with the staff (I didn’t get the waitresses name) they were able to make something out of nothing. Let me explain.
First, the menu online showed a dish I wanted. After arriving I was told that it wasn’t served at this location. Okay, no big deal. I’ll pick something else. Next, No turkey sausage. They were out. That’s okay, I’ll take the hashbrown casserole in the bowl with no meat. A few minutes later, she is headed to our table. I can tell she’s about to give me more bad news. No hashbrown casserole. I laughed. We are going to make this work. I asked if I tell you what I would like in a bowl can we just make that happen? We all chuckled. She said let’s give it a shot. So I proceeded with the delivery. Naming the things I would like, sort of making my very own bowl. She looks at me and said….. I can make that happen. SCORE… I was sitting close enough to hear them discussing my request. The cook leaned over and said towards us… now that’s what they call “the customer always being right”. After a few laughs and me explaining I had this dish once in Arkansas, he made it. It was great. I am so glad they were able to make something out of nothing.

We felt that Huddle House is the best place in Jasper to eat, especially for breakfast. It’s like the home town restaurant with smiling friendly service, well prepared hot food and a clean and bright sporty vibe inside.
The food looked and smelled delicious and I started in before remembering to take a picture. I wasn’t going to eat all the pancakes but they were so good they were gone before I knew it.

This was our first experience at Huddle House and this has been an incredible experience!
We all got the MVP special which is a TON of breakfast food for a measly $13! All of the food was hot, prepared quickly, and tasty!
The icing on the cake was our waitress April. April was one of the best waitresses we have had anywhere!
Lastly, the vibes were impeccable with R&B music playing!

The server was very nice. Food was ready pretty fast. Waiting time was about 5min on Xmas eve which is very good. I order some scramble with hashbrown and there was no flavor at all. My silverware were dirty really dirty. We have to ask for another set.

The service was chaotic and extremely slow. Only 2 waitresses available for the whole restaurant. We even had to wait a long time to pay for our meal.

They not very busy for a Saturday morning but the tables were not clean. They were out of several things (creamer and biscuits). I heard other patrons complaining that they were out of things the previous week as well. That’s a fail in my book but the food was good, hot, and quickly served. The staff were friendly and didn’t have the attitude I see so often now in restaurants. The apple wood bacon…yum!

At first, they made a mistake, but they quickly fixed the error, and I can’t blame them for making the error. Super busy because it’s new but still quality service. Hands down best fries in town, Food is definitely good, comparable to waffle house perhaps but better, and vegetable options for sides are always a plus. Great service and great food.

I ordered a tender steak southwest bowl but ended up with a ham southwest bowl. I do not eat Pork so I carefully took my time to order that online at 8:00 AM. The order was supposed to be ready at 8:19 when I arrive. They were just opening up and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food then when they made the food, it had ham on it instead of steak and they told me that it comes with ham automatically when online it never mentioned ham.
