Huddle House in Arab, Al has never disappointed me. The food is cooked appropriately and the taste is like home cooking. The servers are quick and get the order 100 percent right. My server today was Zoe. She made helpful suggestions and was very attentive. My son and I had a very enjoyable meal. We will be back.

Tina, Jojo, Kaylee, and RJ each went out of their way to serve my wife and me, and I truly believe we were the only guests in the restaurant at the time. Still, they didn’t treat it like just another shift — they treated us like we mattered. Everything was fresh, perfectly timed, and delivered with such kindness and friendliness that it honestly felt like family taking care of us.
We already loved Huddle House, but this experience meant even more to us. We didn’t just feel well served — we felt seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. In my opinion, that’s the best kind of dining experience anyone could ever have.

Mango was an excellent cook our food came out very fast and absolutely delicious. Andi our waitress took wonderful care of us, she was very attentive and made sure our food was good and kept our glasses full. Me and my family had an amazing experience and will be back soon!

I go to this location once every week or two for breakfast. All but one of the staff are amazing. In about a half dozen visits that the one bad apple took my order and waited on my table, she has gotten the order correct zero times. There’s always something missing or a completely wrong item. ALL of the other members at this location are great, friendly, and make sure it is a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I would have given 5 stars for service but today my waitress let me run out of tea and didn’t even come back to see if I needed anything. But on a good note this was the first time that ever happened, I think she just started working there. But I will be going back, hopefully that won’t happen again.

I came here 2 weeks ago and I didn’t even get my food we sit there waiting for almost an hour horrible.and today we decided to give it another try and as expected horrible staff has bad attitude and I had to get up and go to counter to get refill on my coffee after being told by waitress she would be back but i waited 20 minutes and no refill .not busy today at all maybe 6 tables. Also gave me crispy chicken sandwich when I ordered grilled . would not recommend anyone come here. I this how they treat a veteran I’m sure everyone else is bad or worse.

Today at Around 11am we went to eat and although our food was satisfying, the atmosphere and service was lackluster the server proceeded to yell across the restaurant to see what we had to drink so she could refill the drink very unprofessional in my opinion. The atmosphere was also very loud and very overstimulating not because of it being busy but because of the server yelling also yelling at a customer about a tip very very unprofessional. Our servers name was Andi. In the future, if we come in there and she is there, we will turn around and leave. Huddle House do better.
