We go here every year for our anniversary. Tonight we came in and Shay who is always our waitress (AMAZING!) was by herself. She was doing amazing with holding things together for the establishment. From running to tables and to cooking the food. She had a smile on her face the entire time. She went out of her way like she always does to make sure our drinks was filled up and to make sure we was satisfied with our food and how it tasted. We drive an hour just to come to this Huddle house ☺️

If I could give -stars I would. Placed a to go order @10:12 that was supposed to be ready @10:28 got there @10:35 waitress says 10mins ok fine, 20mins later they can’t find my order and refusing to give a refund. I ask for it to be remade (it’s now 11:00)wait 45more mins still no order, ask for a refund again still refused, on top of being rude and snarky. I call the police out because I simply want my money back now that it’s 12:13 and they’re refusing which is THEFT correct? Officer arrives, waitress comes running out with the order and lies as expected. Trying to minimize issues I just took the order and guess what? IT WAS WRONG!! $30, 2.5 hrs later and calling the police just to still be highly disappointed. Just do not waste your time because this was simply horrible in short. Now I gotta call my bank cause clearly they will not refund me and I don’t want to call law enforcement again. Save yourself a headache, it’s plenty other restaurants that actually care and get it right. This is not one however

I order through Uber Eats for this location. The food is OUTSTANDING, to the point of me calling them and speaking to an employee (Shea), to let them know how impressed I am with their food! I almost never do this. Order from this location (in Monroe GA). You won’t be disappointed!!

This was our first time at huddle house on Friday 11/28 for lunch. Everything was fantastic and very tasty. The patty melt and fries were perfect and very good sweet tea. The entire staff was above and beyond. The manager/ cook Shawn was outstanding. Every single server was friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend the Huddle House in Monroe Georgia!

Yesterday (12-12-2025) was the first time I had eaten at a Huddle House in many, many years. Me and my wife stopped in after going to our chiropractor. The atmosphere was great because it was quiet and our waitress was really nice and on top of everything. I deducted 1 point on food but that was just because I wasn’t very hungry and couldn’t eat much. My wife loved her meal and what I had was good.

Service was outstanding!!
Restaurant had a good curb appeal and a good Atmosphere. It is evident that the Management cares as the team demonstrated that.

I placed an online order on Christmas Day with a scheduled pickup time of 2:34 PM. I arrived at 2:36 PM, but the order was not ready. I repeatedly asked for an estimated wait time and was told they were unsure. I then asked to speak with the manager and requested a refund due to the delay. The manager stated he was “not allowed” to issue refunds, despite the receipt stating refunds are only restricted after 14 days — this was the same day. I left and returned later, and the food still was not ready. While the order was eventually made hours later, the lack of communication, accountability, and customer service from management was disappointing. I understand holiday staffing challenges, but transparency and professionalism are still expected. This experience needs to be addressed by management.

First time in a Huddle House. The experience was great. oh the food was wonderful! The staff was amazing too. I forgot how much food you are fed in the south. We didn’t leave hungry. Our server, DeeDee, was amazing! Very helpful, a true delight!

First off, they were very understaffed which can explain a lot of it, but not all the issues. Th table and seats weren’t entirely clean, there was hair on my plate and under my food, I had to clean the toilet seat so I could use it, I had to use great force to open the lock from the inside or the bathroom, we were given fairly cheap feeling plastic cutlery, they were inattentive, and one of the workers had an unlit cigarettein the kitchen. I gave a 2nd star because the food was good. Now like I said, they were very understaffed, 3 people in the whole restaurant. They explains some of the issues but not all of them.

I would like to say that your server shay/ shantel is top notch she has a great work ethic even with every tabel full she handled it with ease and grace .never showing she was overwhelmed. She needs to be promoted she would be a perfect manager
