Went to Huddle House tonight for the first time in a while. Our waitress was okay. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet which was good but my husband ordered a Homestyle Huddle bowl and the serving size was for a 6 yr old. The waitress dropped two pieces of his toast and when she went back to get it, I’m 99% certain she took half of the toast off my omelette plate and gave it to him. I should have had two slices of toasted bread cut in half and I only had one. Saw other customers who ordered omelets and they each had the correct amount. My son ordered a patty melt with fries and it was the saddest looking thing you’ve ever seen. In addition, his fries were less than what you receive in a small order from McDonald’s. All of this took at least 20 minutes to prepare and finally brought to us. The omelet was good but everyone else’s food was so-so or cold. Food was EXTREMELY overpriced also. Very disappointed in this entire experience. Back to Waffle House for my family!!!

We are so disappointed. We have eat here for years and the portions have changed. The hash browns were literally 2 bites. The other portions of meals have gotten considerably smaller. Prices have went up. It’s a rip off. We will not eat there again. Amanda the waitress was helpful and took the time to listen. But the other waitress was rude. (Curly brown hair). We work hard for our money. So disappointed. We used to love eating here.

The owner needs to have a serious discussion with his waitresses. I came in to grab a pick up order today. I sat down at the bar right next to the register. No one greeted me or asked what I needed. I sat there for 15 minutes watching my food sit on the counter while the women walk back and forth past me. Ignoring me, absolutely ridiculous. Like I didn’t exist. My food was cold when I got home. These grown women need a reality check of how to treat customers. It was pure laziness. If this was my spot they would be fired after the service I just received. Cooks are great! It’s was a middle age bigger sized white and black women. I had to ask for help after 15 minutes of sitting there.

Absolutely terrible experience. New workers are slow, distracted and don’t pay customers any attention. Food was cold. Called the store to place a pickup order before coming in and they laid the phone down and never came back. So sad, this used to be the best place to eat.

Ok let me start off by saying yes it was lunch right after churches let out butttttt… 3 different couples waited 15 min for ppl to clear the 4 boothes that had been open the entire time… None of the food was done bc they were in such a hurry to get em done. The waitress dropped the grits bowl and it went everywhere all over me my bf the surrounding walls, tables from 10ft away…. the only thing she wiped up was the floor in the food making area. I asked for ketchup and never got it, the water glass was dirty, i could go on… They had at last least 9 ppl working and couldnt take care of anything properly. Idk if it was a time mngmnt thing or what but lawd….

Service is good but food quality is going down. My past reviews were much higher but after multiple visits in the past 7 months have their quality of the food has gone down dramatically from a firm 5 to a 2 or 3.
