Our waitress was Anna and she did a phenomenal job taking care of us! She even remembered that I always drink 1/2 cup of coffee with lots of creamer. She is always super nice and checked on us a number of times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything. Will come here again!

I asked for the $4.99 special and the girl told me what I would get & I told her I was suppose to get 2 strips of bacon z& she said No. I showed her the advertisement from Reidsville Huddle House & she told me they had it wrong. The advertisement told just what you would get for $4.99. I then ask for a straw and she said we don’t have any, then asked for butter to put on my toast and she said we don’t have any & I asked if I got grits you don’t have butter to go in grits, then someone asked for coke and again she said we don’t have any coke and the list go on.i don’t know who is suppose to keep up with the ordering of supplies but I think the are falling down on there job. I hope the next people enjoyed their meal a lot better than I did.

As im sitting up here right now eating this so called “FOOD” im disappointed. We received little to any fries and cheese wasn’t melted and bread wasnt toasted. I asked the waiter to melt and toast the bread and it came back almost the same. There is barely anyone here and we received our food after quite a time. Peppers arent even sautéed how they are supposed to be.

The hashbrowns were raw. The eggs were cold the biscuit. I scraped the gravy off one biscuit and put some on the other one. There wasn’t hardly anything on it. It was cold. The only thing that was decent was the country fried steak and my waiter was a young dude cashier. He’s excellent at his job. He came back-and-forth to the table, probably 3-4. Kayte was an amazing server at Huddle House! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly how we wanted it. She checked on us often without being overbearing and kept a great attitude the whole time. Definitely made our visit better.

I had a young, lazy server and according to my receipt her name is Chelsea. But she said her name was Asia. She moved at the speed of a snail. Took her forever to notice I was there. Had to have the other server Laura get and refill my drink because Asia was more concerned with chatting up the cook. Side note, I’ve had Laura as a waitress before and she wasn’t that great either. Better than Asia but not friendly or efficient when she was my waitress. The restaurant used to have a few good employees but the bad ones keep running the good ones off. The restaurant has gone downhill!!! It’s already not in the best area of town but the staff make it look even worse. The tables, walls, blinds, bathrooms, floors are all dirty, the food is greasy, the employees have no integrity and the management sucks. I tried to complain about my service and the manager had an attitude. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone for any meal. If I could rate it negative stars I would.

We go to Reidsville’s HH every Wednesday night after church. Anna is usually our waitress and we get great service from her. Always quick to get our drinks and orders and always keeping a check for service and refills. We really appreciate her.

For the first time in months I received good service from the staff. Miss Laura was really sweet and quick with taking my order. The entire kitchen staff tonight was nice and asking questions to make sure they got my order correct. Might just come back again lol

Google wants me to update: Came during hurricane. I’ve been here often like it most times. Can be very busy for small town. But it’s a really friendly place. They can be short-handed and slow. Food is huddle house food. Order ahead can be very slow. Did that 1x not very happy with that service. Food could have been much hoter. 1st batch of coffee was not hot.
