Best place in town. I always love coming to this Huddle House. They have the best staff for miles around. Our server was delightful, friendly, helpful, fast, well put together and just incredible. The food was exceptional and delicious. It arrived at the table so quick and was exceptional and delicious. What a fantastic experience. The whole restaurant was so clean, well organized and smelled amazing. All of these wonderful qualities makes this place so cozy, comfortable and family friendly.

I ordered online and arrived 30 minutes after I ordered expecting the food to be done.
They didn’t start on it. I explicitly ordered online for pick up as to not waste time and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes in the store for them to cook my food.
I use to come here all the time but stopped after the quality dropped substantially. They just did an overhaul and were closed for about a month so I figured I retry.
The cook wasn’t wearing a hairnet, didn’t wash her hands one single time and used a MICROWAVE to cook some of the food.
The gravy is powder they mix with a dirty spoon in a dirty container and stick in a microwave.
I get my food and they put it in a literal bathroom trash bag. I was forced to pay $2.00 for “takeout” packaging and it’s a literal trash bag with not utensils.
This place is disgusting! Shame on me thinking they could change.

Food cold still half raw. They don’t have everything that’s on the menu at all nothing to drink accept water sweet tea and orange juice small cups if u ask for coffee. They only had bacon eggs grits and alittle bit of hashbrowns. Not a very clean establishment. The service is poor everything is poor about this place. It needs to be shut down. You earn tips by doing your job keeping customers happy not sitting at a table on a cell phone and drinking and ontop of that couldn’t even get an orders right and didn’t even ask how we wanted our food. We weren’t the only customers this was done too. The table behind us too. Ask for a menu and you couldn’t even give a menu. If I could put a zero star that’s how I would rate this place. It sure ain’t a friendly atmosphere. When you run establishment your employees and management post to make the place where people wants to come back too not run away from it. It all starts with management…. we won’t be back let alone suggest this place to anyone. Waffle house, Dennys, IHOP etc is better than this place.

I placed my order for my food, I ate half of my patty melt & by the time I went to eat the other half it was already cold because of the temperature inside the building. The building is freezing cold when it’s already cold outside. My service & food was good, its just the temperature in the building. If the temperature is cold outside why not have it warm inside the restaurant so the customers can eat warm & comfortably. If you plan to go eat inside please bundle up & dress very warmly!

Came in while it was slow later afternoon, so food was fresh hot with decent portions on the hashbrowns, and the staff were real sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend their smash burgers!

not a very clean environment, food is usually good. but huddle house is a 24/7 restaurant and i ordered online showed up and no one was here and the doors were locked. corporate will be contacted. not happy.

I never ate at Huddle House until moving back home to care for my elderly Mom who has dementia and it being the only place open after a certain time, but if the others are anything like this particular one, in Marion, then I have been missing out big time! The staff is always cheerful and attentive and the food is always spectacular! Especially the southwest bowl!! The grill cook takes pride in his work and it shows! I don’t ever take pics of my food, but I couldn’t help myself this time bc it was something straight out of a magazine and it deserved to be shown! And in case you are wondering, the answer is, YES, the food is just as good as it looks!!!
