This place was great we got the western omelette my wife got the steak tip omelette and my daughter got the oreo pancakes everything was so delicious the service was excellent the waiting time was minimal I think 10-15 minutes for everything to come out our first time going to this place but definitely not our last prices were reasonable and portion were great

I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but that is not an option. I called the restaurant twice and no answer. I tried ordering on line 3 times but the order screen kept freezing. I drove over there to place my order. One person at the grill and one taking orders and waiting on customers. That person clearly did not like working there. Slow in every movement and flat personality. I put my order after standing at the register for 10 minutes. There were only 2 sets of 2 people in the dining room. They were already finished eating. I waited in the car for 20 minutes and she came out to tell me they were out of shrimp. I had already paid so they could not refund my money. They said we could substitute with another side. I chose the fruit. After waiting 5 minutes for her to actually check to see if they had, I found out they didn’t. Went with the loaded baked potatoes. After 20 more minutes, after she prepared the salad without gloves and no mask and without washing her hands before preparing the salad after she cleaned a table ( ) she told us they didn’t have french dressing. What do you have??? Went with ranch. Brought food back to hotel to eat…. croutons were stale and the rib eye was way over cooked and hard to cut and chew. I ordered mine rare. . I tried calling the customer complaint phone number and it is disconnected.

The experience was much better this time around. Our waitress was super efficient & the cook was on point. The 3 of us (Me, Hubby & Mommy) were pleasantly pleased with the food and service. I encourage this establishment to do everything to Keep everyone that worked the eve shift on Sarurday, July 2, 2022!

I took my son for breakfast and when we walked in they said “ sit anywhere you like sweet cakes “ Ms. Keisha was so nice to us. Great customer service. Ms. Joanne wheeeewwwww they were so nice. The food….. EXCELLENT even with a packed house the food was good. I was totally satisfied. I’ll definitely be back Monday and Tuesday

I placed my order online. I arrived to the store approximately 20 mins later and it still wasn’t ready. Understandable because they were busy! I understood it may take a little more than normal but 1 hour and 15 mins went by before I got my order. I ended up waiting another hour at the store.
I saw two different families come in the restaurant, place their order while I was standing there waiting, dine in and leave before me. Totally unacceptable!!!!
I also had an MVP platter and the person who boxes up everything left out an additional side.
I paid the $1 mandatory Huddle House service fee online and they did not even have utensils to provide or additional small to go boxes for my sides. My toast ended up being soggy because it was placed on top of my grits that had butter on them.

SMH. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone else at this time until some improvements are made.

..younger waitress did not like being a waitress apparently? We ordered something else because we couldn’t eat what was served, even payed for new meals, the waitress didn’t even ask how we wanted eggs or bacon or sausage? Attitudes do not belong in work settings.

If you keep this waitress you will definitely loose business.

This was the worst Huddle House that I’ve EVER been to. The server Tammy was super sweet but the restaurant lacked so many items. She had to bring our drinks in paper cups because there were no straws. They were out of lemonade at 11am. I ordered coffee and she had to go and see if they had any spoons after I asked for one & the one that she brought was used and hadn’t been washed, just rinsed off for me to use. My daughter ordered mozzarella sticks and when they arrived there was no marinara sauce & Tammy offered her ranch b/c they do not have marinara! My husband ordered beef tips with onions and peppers and when it arrived it was extremely dry chunks of meat with no sauce/gravy! We questioned Tammy as to why the beef tips did not have any sauce & she responded that they are out of the sauce!!! My son ordered a chicken club and it was dry and he asked for mayo & they were out of mayo!!! I ordered a side of hash browns and never received them but it was on our bill. The pancakes were uncooked and burnt at the same time & I’m not sure how they even managed to do that! We regret not going to the McDonald’s across the street instead.

My friend and I went in there kinda late, we were the only ones in there. The two staff that were working were awesome, friendly, fun, great to talk to. The food was delicious! They were cleaning up for shut down and she was singing, we paid and they were closing up. They said bye and wished us a good and safe night!

The two older cooks stood there and talk about a customer and they was cursing cause they forgot his eggs and my waitress was so unprofessional had a attitude there was one white waitress who was greeting and seating people with great customer service at one point the 3 ladies left her upfront for about 20 mins by herself. Our order was wrong after she repeated back to us this spot is ghetto as hell
